Abstract: An access point (AP) may be configured by processing circuitry to operate as a coordinator AP for performing BSS channel level coordination. The coordinator AP is configured to assign non-overlapping channels to one or more coordinated APs of overlapping BSSs to schedule time-sensitive traffic to help ensure bounded latency, jitter and reliability per BSS. In some embodiments, the AP may be configured for performing transmission level coordination and may initiate a coordinated transmission opportunity (TXOP) for resource assignment to control contention access among managed BSSs. To perform the BSS channel level coordination, the coordinator AP is configured to encode a multi-AP trigger frame (M-TF) to initiate the coordinated TXOP. The M-TF may be encoded to include a time-sensitive operation IE indicating how each STA is to access the channel within the coordinated TXOP.

Abstract: Embodiments of a multi-link access point (AP) device, station (STA) and method of communication are generally described herein. The multi-link AP device may comprise multiple APs. The multi-link AP device may encode a frame for transmission by one of the APs of the multi-link AP device. The multi-link AP device may encode the frame to include signaling to enable multi-link discovery of the APs of the multi-link AP device. The multi-link AP device may encode the signaling to include: a reduced neighbor report (RNR) element that identifies the APs of the multi-link AP device, and a multiple AP element. The multiple AP element may be configurable to include: common information for the APs of the multi-link AP device, and per-AP sub-elements that include per-AP information related to the APs of the multi-link AP device.

Abstract: An access point (AP) station (STA) (AP STA) may be configured to operate as a multi-AP controller in a multi-AP network. A multi-AP group formation message is encoded for transmission to other APs in the multi-AP network. The multi-AP group formation message is encoded to notify the APs of the formation of an extremely-high throughput (EHT) multi-AP group, to designate whether an AP is a member of an EHT multi-AP group, and whether an AP can take the role of a coordinator AP or coordinated AP within the EHT multi-AP group. For multi-AP joint processing, the AP STA is further configured to encode an AP trigger frame for transmission to the APs in the multi-AP network. The AP trigger frame is to trigger physical layer (PHY) and medium-access control layer (MAC) parameter synchronization. The AP trigger frame is to trigger transmission of aggregated MAC protocol data units (A-MPDUs) by the APs that include MAC parameters and PHY parameters.

Abstract: For example, an Access Point (AP) device may be configured to transmit a trigger frame from a sub 10 Gigahertz (GHz) (sub-10 GHz) AP of the AP device over a sub-10 GHz wireless communication channel, the trigger frame configured to trigger a Transmit Sector Sweep (TXSS) procedure over a millimeterWave (mmWave) wireless communication channel; based on the trigger frame, transmit a sequence of sector sweep packets of the TXSS procedure from a mmWave AP of the AP device over the mmWave wireless communication channel; and process a feedback frame from a non-AP device to identify feedback information based on the sequence of sector sweep packets, the feedback frame received at the sub-10 GHz AP over the sub-10 GHz wireless communication channel after the TXSS procedure.

Abstract: Logic to place one or more protocol data units (PDUs) in a transmit queue for transmission. Logic to perform a directional clear channel assessment (CCA) for a first sector of a 60 gigahertz (GHz) link, the directional CCA to determine only if the first sector is busy or idle. Logic to determine the directional CCA indicates idle for the first sector. Logic to cause transmission of the first PDU to the STA via the first sector of the 60 GHz link based on the directional CCA. Logic to receive an acknowledgement (ACK) of receipt of the PDU from the STA. Logic to perform a directional CCA for a second sector of the 60 GHz link. Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, apparatus, and systems related to media access control (MAC) range extension. A device may cause to append a training field to each of one or more beacon frames. The device may cause to send the one or more beacon frames directionally using a sector sweep to one or more responder devices during a first interval. The device may determine an extended schedule element to be sent to the one or more responder devices, the extended schedule element including one or more directional antenna sectors to be used by the device during a second interval. The device may identify a first frame from a first responder device, during the second interval, wherein the first frame is received on a directional antenna sector of the one or more directional antenna sectors corresponding to an operating sector of the first responder device.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to using enhanced acknowledgment and power save. A device may determine a multi-user (MU) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) frame associated with a MU-MIMO group. The device may determine a first portion of the MU-MIMO frame associated with the first station device of the MU-MIMO group, wherein the first portion comprises a first indication of a first time offset associated with the first station device. The device may determine a second portion of the MU-MIMO frame associated with the second station device of the MU-MIMO group, wherein the second portion comprises a second indication of a second time offset associated with the second station device. The device may cause to send the MU-MIMO frame to the MU-MIMO group. The device may identify a first acknowledgment from the first station device based on the first time offset.
