    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a heat dissipation layer provided to a main surface of the substrate and including aluminum nitride, a plurality of light-emitting elements provided on the heat dissipation layer on the main surface of the substrate, an insulating film covering the heat dissipation layer, and cathode wiring provided on the insulating film in a peripheral region outside a display region of the substrate and electrically coupled to a cathode of the light-emitting elements. The heat dissipation layer is continuously provided from a region overlapping the light-emitting elements to the peripheral region, and the insulating film has a contact hole overlapping the cathode wiring and the heat dissipation layer in plan view from a direction perpendicular to the main surface of the substrate.

The common electrode and the metal layer are connected to the power supply line in the peripheral area.
