Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, lead wirings provided on the first substrate or the second substrate and a first insulator part provided on an upper surface of the second substrate. The lead wirings are arranged in a peripheral region when seen in a plan view and the first insulator part is arranged so as to overlap a display region when seen in a plan view.
