Abstract: A tilting inversion exerciser includes a supporting stand for supporting a table plate and having two upwardly extended columns, a barrel disposed on an upper portion of one of the columns and having an inclined groove, a supporting table attached to the upper portions of the columns and having an anchoring member attached to a side element, a sleeve rotatably engaged onto the barrel, a latch secured to the sleeve for selectively engaging with the anchoring member, and an actuating member attached to the sleeve and engaged in the inclined groove of the barrel for guiding the sleeve and the latch to move toward and away from the anchoring member by rotating the sleeve relative to the barrel and the column.

Abstract: A muscle activity training facility includes a monitor electrically connecting to a processing device and having a screen, the screen includes two areas, and two figures in one of the areas for indicating the standard operations of the muscle groups in front and rear portions of the user, and two further figures in the other area for indicating the muscle groups in the front and the rear portions of the user, a carrier is attached to an upper body of the user, and a number of electrodes are attached to the carrier and electrically coupled to the processing device for detecting the activities of the muscle groups and for showing the detected activities of the muscle groups of the user in the other figures in the other area of the screen.
