Abstract: An exoskeleton device is disclosed. The exoskeleton device comprises a Bowden cable, a shank portion comprising a strut, and a foot portion coupled to the shank portion by a rotational joint. The foot portion comprises a heel lever and a pulley attached to the heel lever, wherein the strut of the shank portion is configured to redirect the Bowden cable toward the pulley, wherein the pulley is configured to redirect the Bowden cable back toward the shank portion, and wherein the Bowden cable is configured to generate torque by pulling the pulley. The exoskeleton device further comprises a midsole, wherein the midsole is releasably coupled to the lever, and wherein the midsole is configured to transmit force to a foot of a user.

Abstract: An exoskeleton wearable on a body of a human having two legs, the exoskeleton comprising a first HAA joint and a second HAA joint to assist the human with leg abduction and adduction movements that are parallel to a frontal plane, each of the first and the second HAA joints having an actuator, each actuator including a motor and a clutch. The exoskeleton further comprises a sensor system for measuring a combined center of mass of the human and the exoskeleton in the frontal plane and a step width of the human in the frontal plane. The exoskeleton further comprises a controller that outputs adjustment angles for each of the first and the second HAA joints based on the center of mass and the step width. The first and the second HAA joints are respectively rotated based on the respective output adjustment angles.

Abstract: An exoskeleton device in accordance with the present disclosure may generally include a series elastic actuator (SEA), a slider-crank mechanism and a four bar linkage mechanism. The SEA includes a motor and a ball screw coupled to a shaft of the motor via a shaft coupler, which transfers rotational motion of the shaft directly to the ball screw. The slider-crank mechanism includes a ball nut and a crank. As the ball screw rotates, the ball nut converts rotational motion of the ball screw into linear motion of the ball nut to drive the crank. The crank converts linear motion of the ball nut back into rotational motion at the input of the four bar linkage mechanism. The four bar linkage mechanism is coupled to an output of the crank and configured to provide a complex motion profile that emulates kinematics of a wearer's joint.

Abstract: Fascia activation and training devices having an adjustable length, collapsible, elongate device body having opposing ends to which open ended interchangeable cuffs are removably mounted. The end cuffs of the training devices provide for inward and/or outward compression forces to be applied by a user's body members engaging such end cuffs, thereby enhancing fascial activation and training, and providing users with proprioceptive feedback, making motor learning in biomechanical retraining through fascia remodeling possible. Abstract: An inversion table that incorporates additional therapies, such as massage, traction, and heat. Therapeutic elements of the inversion table may be programmable, so that settings are cycled automatically through preprogrammed patterns. The table may have one or more back massage elements that travel along tracks in the table to massage different portions of the back, and similar neck massage elements that massage different portions of the neck. Traction actuators may apply traction forces to the head and the legs. One or more heating pads may apply heat to any portion of the body. Settings for the therapeutic elements may be controlled by a processor that may execute stored therapy programs, or may respond to user input from a controller or a smartphone.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus may include a driving module configured to generate torque to be applied to a body of a user, a leg driving frame configured to relay the generated torque to a leg of the user, a thigh fastener connected to the leg driving frame and configured to fix the leg driving frame to the leg of the user, at least one sensor configured to obtain sensor data including motion information of the wearable apparatus, and at least one processor configured to control the driving module based on the sensor data. The at least one processor may be configured to determine, based on sensor data obtained, information (e.g., a motion score) indicating a degree to which the wearable apparatus moves and/or moved and control whether to generate torque based on the determined information (e.g., the motion score).
