    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a main body, a cover to divide the main body into a low pressure section and a high pressure section, a fixed scroll including a first discharge port, an orbiting scroll to rotate with respect to the fixed scroll and to form a compression chamber together with the fixed scroll, a discharge guide disposed between the fixed scroll and the cover and including a second discharge port connected to the first discharge port, and a back pressure actuator configured to form a back pressure chamber together with the discharge guide and to move in a direction toward the cover with respect to the discharge guide to selectively connect the second discharge port with the high pressure section. The fixed scroll includes a bypass flow path connecting the compression chamber and the second discharge port and a bypass valve to open or close the bypass flow path.

    Abstract: Variable resistance memory devices and methods of forming the same are provided. The variable resistance memory devices may include a substrate including a cell region and a peripheral region, first conductive lines on the substrate, second conductive lines traversing the first conductive lines, variable resistance structures at intersecting points of the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines, and bottom electrodes between the first conductive lines and the variable resistance structures. The cell region may include a boundary region contacting the peripheral region, and one of the first conductive lines is electrically insulated from one of the variable resistance structures that is on the boundary region and overlaps the one of the first conductive lines.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor pattern on a semiconductor substrate, a three-dimensional memory array on the semiconductor pattern, and a peripheral interconnection structure between the semiconductor pattern and the semiconductor substrate. The peripheral interconnection structure includes an upper interconnection structure on a lower interconnection structure. The upper interconnection structure includes an upper interconnection and an upper barrier layer. The lower interconnection structure includes a lower interconnection and a lower barrier layer. The upper barrier layer is under a bottom surface of the upper interconnection and does not cover side surfaces of the upper interconnection. The lower barrier layer is under a bottom surface of the lower interconnection and covers side surfaces of the lower interconnection.

    Abstract: An electronic device for controlling a power supply is provided. The electronic device includes a power unit configured to supply power, a power management unit configured to receive a supply of power from the power unit and to distribute the supplied power, a flood sensing unit connected to the power unit and located in a part of the electronic device most subject to flooding or fluid penetration, and a power control switch configured to, if a voltage level of the flood sensing unit is a first level indicating no detected flooding or fluid penetration, electrically connect the power unit and the power management unit to each other, and if the voltage level of the flood sensing unit is a second level indicating a detected flooding or fluid penetration, interrupt an electrical connection between the power unit and the power management unit.

    Abstract: A device and method for controlling a charging path of a mobile terminal are provided. The charging path control device of a mobile terminal includes a power supply unit touch screen uniting a battery. The charging path control device also includes a charging unit configured to charge the battery by wire from an external power source and charge the battery by wireless from the external power source. The charging path control device also includes a controller configured to control a charging path to one of a wire charging path, wireless charging path, and wired and wireless simultaneous charging path based on a charge efficiency level to perform charge through the charging unit.
