Methods, apparatus, and articles of manufacture such as software media for creating projected power production data are disclosed. The method may comprise storing historical heat rate data and historical process information for at least one power generation unit in a historical heat rate database. The method may also comprise retrieving the historical heat rate data from the database for a selected time interval and correcting the historical rate data using correction factors which may be based on differences between the historical process information and projected process information; and creating a projected cost or a projected price for a future time interval based on the retrieved historical heat rate data.
Abstract:
A dispensing aid is disclosed for facilitating removal of an individual product from a compressed package. The compressed package has multiple sides and contains a plurality of compressed products arranged in a row. Each of the products has first and second major surfaces. An opening is formed in the compressed package and is aligned perpendicular to the first major surface of at least one of the products. The opening is sized to allow the products to be individually withdrawn. A sheath is sized to contain one of the products to be withdrawn from the compressed package. The sheath to an adjacent sheath has an average coefficient of friction value which is lower than the average coefficient of friction value of a first product to an adjacent product. The sheath functions to reduce the force needed to remove the contained product from the compressed package.

Systems and methods are described which allow communications in an application infrastructure to be prioritized based on a wide variety of factors, including the component or application flow with which the communications are associated. A communication may be received and classified into one of a series of application-specific data flows. In one embodiment, a priority value may be calculated and assigned to the communication based on the application-specific data flow assigned to the communication. The communication may then be forwarded to its intended destination based on the assigned priority.

A method for processing a substrate disposed in a substrate process chamber having a source power includes transferring the substrate into the substrate process chamber. A trench is etched on the substrate by exposing the substrate to a plasma formed from a first etchant gas by applying RF energy from the source power system and biasing the plasma toward the substrate. Byproducts adhering to inner surfaces of the substrate process chamber are removed by igniting a plasma formed from a second etchant gas including a halogen source in the substrate process chamber without applying bias power or applying minimal bias power. Thereafter, the substrate is removed from the chamber. At least 100 more substrates are processed with the etching-a-trench step and removing-etch-byproducts step before performing a dry clean or wet clean operation on the chamber.

A keg adapter to alleviate keg valve coupler system incompatibility. The keg adapter has a first end and a second end, the first end being compatible with at least one tap head coupler and having a diameter greater than the second end and the second and being compatible with at least one keg valve system. The keg adapter may be compatible with any combination at head coupler and keg valve system. A method of installing the keg adapter onto a keg for dispensing beer is disclosed. Also a method of using a keg adapter to dispense beer from a keg.
