Abstract: A display device with high display quality is provided. A display device with low power consumption is provided. In the display device, a first transistor, a second transistor, a first conductive layer, and a light-emitting diode package are included in a pixel. The light-emitting diode package includes a first light-emitting diode, a second light-emitting diode, a second conductive layer, a third conductive layer, and a fourth conductive layer. The first light-emitting diode includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The second light-emitting diode includes a third electrode and a fourth electrode. One of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first electrode through the second conductive layer. One of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to the third electrode through the third conductive layer. The first conductive layer is electrically connected to each of the second electrode and the fourth electrode through the fourth conductive layer. A constant potential is supplied to the first conductive layer.

Abstract: A display device with high resolution is provided. Manufacturing cost of a display device using a micro LED as a display element is reduced. The display device includes a substrate, a plurality of transistors, and a plurality of light-emitting diodes. The plurality of light-emitting diodes are provided in a matrix over the substrate. Each of the plurality of transistors are electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of light-emitting diodes. The plurality of light-emitting diodes are positioned closer to the substrate than the plurality of transistors are. The plurality of light-emitting diodes emit light to the opposite side of the substrate.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a display device with high display quality. The display device of the present invention includes a pixel and a source driver circuit. The pixel includes first and second transistors (21, 22), a capacitor (25), and a display element (26). The source driver circuit is electrically connected to first and second wirings (31, 32). The first wiring (31) is electrically connected to one electrode of the capacitor 25 and one electrode of the display element (26) through the first transistor (21). The second wiring (32) is electrically connected to the other electrode of the capacitor (25) and the other electrode of the display element (26) through the second transistor (22).

Abstract: A display device capable of improving image quality is provided.A first pixel circuit and a second pixel circuit are included; a memory node is provided in each pixel circuit and a first signal can be retained in the memory node. The first signal is added to a second signal by capacitive coupling, and then can be supplied to a display element. Thus, the display device can display a corrected image. Abstract: A display device with an imaging function is provided. A high-resolution imaging device or display device is provided. The display device includes first to third switches, first and second transistors, a capacitor, first and second wirings, and a light-emitting and light-receiving element. One electrode of the first switch is electrically connected to the first wiring, and the other electrode is electrically connected to a gate of the first transistor and one electrode of the capacitor. Abstract: A display device having a function of sensing light is provided. The display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a light-receiving element, a light-emitting element, a resin layer, and a light shielding layer. The light-receiving element, the light-emitting element, the resin layer, and the light shielding layer are each positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light-receiving element includes a first pixel electrode over the first substrate, an active layer over the first pixel electrode, and a common electrode over the active layer. The light-emitting element includes a second pixel electrode over the first substrate, a first light-emitting layer over the second pixel electrode, and the common electrode over the first light-emitting layer. The resin layer and the light shielding layer are each positioned between the common electrode and the second substrate. The resin layer includes a portion overlapping with the light-emitting element. The light shielding layer includes a portion positioned between the common electrode and the resin layer. The resin layer includes a portion overlapping with the light-receiving element or is provided in an island shape. At least part of light passing through the second substrate enters the light-receiving element without through the resin layer.
