Abstract:
An elevator device includes a voice input device, a voice recognition device, a call registration device, and an announcement control device. Upon receipt of an announcement request for a second announcement having higher priority than a first announcement while the announcement control device is causing the announcement output device to output the first announcement, the announcement control device stops the first announcement and causes the announcement output device to output the second announcement. The announcement control device also determines whether the re-output of the first announcement is necessary. In the case where the announcement control device determines that the re-output of the first announcement is necessary, upon finish of the second announcement, the announcement control device causes the announcement output device to re-output the first announcement.
Abstract:
An elevator system includes: a destination call registration device which accepts an operation of registering a destination call by specifying a destination floor; an exit floor selection part provided in the destination call registration device and by use of which a user selects an exit floor provided with an exit of a building as a destination floor of the destination call; an exit floor determination part which determines, on the basis of predetermined conditions, which floor is the exit floor from candidates for an exit floor which are set beforehand as floors capable of being selected as the exit floor among plural floors of the building; and a destination call registration part which registers the destination call in which the specific floor determined as the exit floor by the exit floor determination part is a destination floor in the case the exit floor selection part is operated by a user.
Abstract:
A call registration device for an elevator includes a voice input section which receives input of a user's voice, a voice recognition section which stores beforehand a predetermined call registration command representing a destination floor and a predetermined start command used for starting voice recognition of a call registration and which differs from the call registration command, the voice recognition section also performing voice recognition by judging whether the inputted voice is the call registration command or the start command, a call registration control section which, if the inputted voice was the call registration command, outputs a call registration request to the destination floor of the relevant call registration command, and a start command changing part which changes a start command which becomes effective by a predetermined condition. If the inputted voice is a start command made effective, the voice recognition section starts voice recognition of a call registration.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an elevator, and more particularly, to an elevator in which a floor number can be specified through voice recognition. To this end, the elevator includes a microphone 14 installed within an elevator 10, voice recognition means 27 for recognizing voice information received from the microphone 14 and generating the recognized voice information as text data, extraction means for extracting an associated number based on the generated text data, and specifying means for specifying the associated number extracted by the extraction means as a button input value of a floor number to which the elevator 10 will move.
Abstract:
A method for imputing a voice message recording for a particular floor served by an elevator car includes the steps of sensing elevator car positions (21), sensing that a selected car operating panel button has been held down (22) and enabling a voice input process (23). A device for displaying Braille information to an elevator user includes an elongated panel (42) having a central Braille character panel (31) and two buttons (32, 33) disposed at opposite ends of the elongated panel for causing the displayed information to move backward and forward. A plurality of actuators (38) and probes (35) extruding through the Braille panel form Braille characters.
Abstract:
A system for transporting persons/goods in elevator installations and/or on escalators includes a control device and a computer program product for commanding the system. At least one person/goods is recognized by at least one recognition device via at least one identification code which recognized code is passed to the control device. For each recognized identification code at least one user profile has been stored and is used as a transportation profile to command operation of the system. At least two of the user profiles are linked to form a shared transportation profile to command operation of the system.

Abstract:
A voice-controlled elevator security system. Access to an elevator system servicing a plurality of landings of a structure is controlled by comparing a voice signal of a potential user of the elevator system with stored voice signals of all authorized users. The comparison is accomplished by first digitizing the potential user's voice signal and comparing it, on a bit-by-bit basis, with a digital representation of the voice signals of all authorized users. Various criteria can be established for determining the number of binary bits that must agree to conclude that the potential user is an authorized user. Once this determination has been made, the authorized user can initiate car call signals for those landings to which the authorized user is permitted access.
Abstract:
An elevator system having a plurality of elevator cars under group supervisory control. An auxiliary dispatching control is connected to the existing telephone system of the building, arranged to enable callers to have cars dispatched to predetermined floors at selectable times of the day.
Abstract:
An elevator control device recognizes a destination floor of a user from a voice of the user input to a voice input device, registers a voice car call corresponding to the recognized destination floor, generates stop floor information including a stop floor at which a car stops before the car arrives at the destination floor after the registration of the voice car call, and performs, as a voice announcement that follows the generated stop floor information, any one of a first announcement for notifying of the stop floor in order of floors at which the car stops and a second announcement for notifying of how many floors the car stops at before arriving at the destination floor.
