Abstract: Apparatus that sends uplink control information (UCI) from user equipment (UE) to a network node, generates elements of the UCI including at least one of hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback for one or more uplink (UL) resources, a scheduling request (SR), a channel state information (CSI) report and a beam related information report in response to a trigger set by the network node. The apparatus encodes the UCI elements for transmission via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the one or more UL resources. The one or more UL resources may be UL slots or UL portions of downlink-uplink (DL-UL) slots received from a network node.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for latency-oriented router. An incoming packet is received on a first interface. The type of the incoming packet is determined. Upon the detection that the incoming packet belongs to latency-critical traffic, the incoming packet is duplicated into one or more copies. Subsequently, the duplicated copies are sent to a second interface in a delayed fashion where the duplicated copies are spread over a time period. The duplicated copies are received and processed at the second interface.

Abstract: For multiplexing control information in a physical uplink data channel, a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration for a first set of values and receiving a downlink control information (DCI) format scheduling a transmission of a physical uplink shared data channel (PUSCH) over a set of resource elements (REs) and including a field providing an index. The method further includes determining a first value from the first set of values based on the index, determining a first subset of REs from the set of REs, for multiplexing first uplink control information (UCI), based on the first value, and transmitting the first UCI in the PUSCH.

Abstract: Disclosed is a base station which transmits and retransmits to a terminal first and second downlink data in first and second component carriers, respectively, wherein a first configuration pattern of UL (uplink) and DL (downlink) subframes is set for the first component carrier and a second configuration pattern of UL and DL subframes is set for the second component carrier. The base station receives from the terminal in the first component carrier an ACK/NACK for the first and second downlink data received by the terminal, which stores retransmission data of the first and second downlink data in a soft buffer, wherein the soft buffer for the second downlink data is sized according to a maximum number of downlink HARQ retransmission processes executable in a reference configuration pattern of UL and DL subframes, and the reference configuration pattern is determined according to the first and second configuration patterns.

Abstract: Telemedicine systems and methods are described. In a telemedicine system operable to communicate with a remote operations center, communications can be transmitted/received using a transceiver having an antenna. The antenna can include first and second di-pole antenna elements, the first di-pole antenna element being vertically polarized and the second di-pole antenna element being horizontally polarized. A controller of the system can establish, using the transceiver, a telemedicine session with the operations center using a Transport Morphing Protocol (TMP), the TMP being an acknowledgement-based user datagram protocol. The controller can also mask one or more transient network degradations to increase resiliency of the telemedicine session. The telemedicine system can include a 2D and 3D carotid Doppler and transcranial Doppler and/or other diagnostic devices, and provides for real-time connectivity and communication between medical personnel in an emergency vehicle and a receiving hospital for immediate diagnosis and treatment to a patient in need.

Abstract: A method for overcoming intermittent, temporary, or other fetching failures by using multiple attempts for retrieving a content from a web server to a client device is disclosed. The URL fetching may use direct or non-direct fetching schemes, or a combination thereof. The non-direct fetching method may use intermediate devices, such as proxy server, Data-Center proxy server, tunnel devices, or any combination thereof. Upon sensing a failure of a fetching action, the action is repeated using the same or different parameters or attributes, such as by using different intermediate devices, selected based on different parameters or attributes, such as different countries. The repetitions are limited to a pre-defined maximum number or attempts. The fetching attempts may be performed by the client device, by an intermediate device in a non-direct fetching scheme, or a combination thereof. Various fetching schemes may be used sequentially until the content is retrieved.

Abstract: Systems and methods configured to provide size matching of downlink control information (DCI) formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for a set of DCI formats for concurrent use are described. In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, size matching at least two DCI formats of a set of DCI formats to restrict a number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats for concurrent use is implemented. Restrictions with respect to the number of DCI format sizes for the set of DCI formats may correspond both to a first number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes per wireless communication slot, and to a second number of DCI sizes parameter based on a total number of DCI format sizes for DCI formats used to carry DCI payload encoded using an identifier per wireless communication slot.

Abstract: A transmitter apparatus and a receiver apparatus are provided. The transmitter apparatus includes: an encoder configured to generate a low density parity check (LDPC) by performing LDPC encoding; an interleaver configured to interleave the LDPC codeword; and a modulator configured to map the interleaved LDPC codeword onto a modulation symbol. The modulator maps a bit included in a predetermined group from among a plurality of groups constituting the LDPC codeword onto a predetermined bit in the modulation symbol.

Abstract: The present technology relates to a data processing device and a data processing method, which are capable of securing excellent communication quality in data transmission using an LDPC code. In group-wise interleave, an LDPC code in which a code length N is 16200 bits and an encoding rate r is 6/15, 8/15, or 10/15 is interleaved in units of bit groups of 360 bits. In group-wise deinterleave, a sequence of the LDPC code that has undergone the group-wise interleave is restored to an original sequence. For example, the present technology can be applied to a technique of performing data transmission using an LDPC code.

The wireless communication terminal includes: a transceiver; and a processor configured to receive, by using the transceiver, a multi-station Block ACK frame which indicates whether at least one of MAC frames transmitted from at least one of wireless communication terminals is received by using a first field of the multi-station Block ACK frame for indicating an association identifier corresponding to an association of each of the at least one of wireless communication terminals and the base wireless communication terminal, from the base wireless communication terminal, and determine whether a MAC frame transmitted from the wireless communication terminal is received by the base wireless communication terminal based on whether a second field of the multi-station Block ACK frame includes a MAC address of the wireless communication terminal.
