Abstract: An information processing system that that confirms the meanings of difference information in meeting content with reference to the sound information is provided. Differences between meeting content contained in image information of a paper medium taken at each detection cycle and meeting content contained in master information are extracted. Surrounding sounds are recorded while the meeting is being held. The sound information of the recorded sounds is associated with the difference information of the extracted differences and also associated with the master information with the timing when the differences of the meeting content are detected.

Abstract: According to the present invention, when a terminal apparatus is brought close to a printing apparatus serving as a processing apparatus, the terminal apparatus uses its own NFC unit to acquire, from the printing apparatus, information for communicating with each of one or more network connection units provided in the printing apparatus. Then, using a communication unit, the terminal apparatus then searches for the printing apparatus on a network in accordance with the acquired information. In the case where the terminal apparatus has successfully identified the printing apparatus as being present on the network, the terminal apparatus transmits a processing request to the printing apparatus successfully identified on the network via the communication unit.

A locating function is provided for locating the mobile device. The user interface has a hierarchical structure with at least three levels each of which is associated with a class of local entities each of which contains at least a part of the document processing system. The local entities are nested such that each lower level entity is contained in an entity associated with a superior level in the hierarchy. A selection function is provided for automatically selecting one of the hierarchical levels dependent upon the local entities in which the mobile device is located.
