    Abstract: A wireless variable pressure sprayer that includes a housing in which is mounted a battery, a battery-operated motor, and a motor-operated liquid pump. A tank communicates with the pump for holding a supply of liquid and a user operable spray gun is connected for liquid flow communication from the tank. A wireless transmitter is positioned in the spray gun and is adapted to transmit a wireless signal to a receiver/controller for supplying current from the battery to the motor sufficient to cause the motor operated pump to deliver liquid through the gun and into an applicator wand.

    Abstract: A misting device has a form factor that allows the device to be handheld. The device includes a fluid tank that can be pressurized to force the contained fluid under pressure through a fluid delivery system. A hand-operated pump injects air into the fluid tank to pressurize the fluid tank. The pump includes a pump handle located at the bottom of the tank at one end of a rod, and a piston at the other end of the rod. A pressure-relieving air channel extends through the piston, the rod, and the pump handle to emit air out of the pump and into the environment when the fluid tank is at a maximum pressure.

    Abstract: A ground sprayer includes a front portion and a rear portion. A marking fluid is stored in a fluid reservoir removably mounted in the front portion. A pump disposed in the front portion draws the marking fluid from the fluid reservoir through a manifold, and the pump drives the marking fluid out of a nozzle. An actuator is disposed in the rear portion and can activate the pump based on a command from the user. The rear portion includes a handle such that the user can fully support and operate the ground sprayer with a single hand.

    Abstract: A wearable fluid-dispensing apparatus that includes a flexible wristband coupled to and surrounding a wrist-arm area of a user, with the wristband having a frame disposed along an outer surface of the wearable wristband and at a ventral side of the user's wrist, an enclosed cartridge coupled to the frame for housing a fluid therein, and a fluid transfer conduit disposed within the enclosed cartridge for transporting the fluid from the enclosed cartridge to a nozzle port on a finger-activatable pump assembly coupled to the frame. The pump assembly defines a nozzle port disposed above a top end of the wristband and angled toward the user's palm, defining a fluid extraction passageway fluidly coupled to the nozzle port and the fluid transfer conduit, and operably configured to translate downwardly toward the fluid extraction passageway fluidly to generate a vacuum therein and emit the fluid on the user's inner hand.

    Abstract: A backpack sprayer includes a housing, a spray nozzle assembly, a fan assembly and a switch assembly. The housing is configured to contain a liquid. The spray nozzle assembly is communicated with the housing, and is configured to spray the liquid out from the housing. The fan assembly is connected to the spray nozzle assembly, and is configured to provide the spray nozzle assembly with power to spray the liquid out from the housing. The switch assembly is connected to the spray nozzle assembly and electrically connected to the fan assembly, and is configured to control opening and closing of the spray nozzle assembly and start and shutdown of the fan assembly simultaneously.

    Abstract: A device for dispensing a pressurized material, includes a body defining a pressurizing chamber containing a gas generator, and a tank containing the material to be dispensed, the tank being defined by an end wall having an outlet orifice. The device includes a piston, to move inside the body, separating the pressurizing chamber from the tank, the gas generator to trigger the dispensing of the material to the outside of the body through the outlet orifice by causing the piston to pass from a material-storage, first position to an end-of-material-dispensing, second position in which the piston faces the end wall. The piston, when in the first position, presents a housing that is closed by a fragile portion beside the pressurizing chamber and that is open beside the tank, the housing containing a striker element that is held in the housing and that defines a channel opening out into the tank.
