Abstract: A method for laminating and aligning an irregular-shape material is disclosed. Since the existing laminating material has an irregular shape, there is a problem with disabling alignment in a lamination process. Thus, the irregular shape of the laminating material is used to form a straight line correlated with a tangent line to the shape, and the straight line is used as the shape-aligned feature of the laminating material. Besides, the definition of an alignment relationship between the laminating material and a laminated object is established to adjust a lamination tolerance and prevent the laminating material from overhanging over the laminated object, thereby satisfying consumers' aesthetic needs for the appearance of products.

Abstract: A cover window is provided and includes a substrate and a coating layer. The substrate has a thickness of 60 to 120 μm. The substrate has a Re of 6000 to 12000. Since the substrate has a Re of 6000 to 12000, a penetrating ray of an incident ray is uniformly distributed on a visible region of the cover window, so as to reduce the phase difference between reflected rays, reduce rainbow patterns, and enhance visibility under a polarizer.

Abstract: A method for forming a metal mesh pattern is provided. The method includes the operations below. First, at least one pitch of each of mesh base units of a mesh base is determined, and thereby the mesh base is formed. Then, a seed region is set in each of the mesh base units of the mesh base, in which a ratio of an area of each of the seed regions to an area of each of the mesh base units is a constant. Then, a plurality of seeds are generated by randomly selecting a point in each of the seed regions. Finally, the metal mesh pattern is formed, in which the metal mesh pattern is a set of perpendicular bisectors of lines connecting the seeds and their adjacent neighboring seeds.

Abstract: A waste recycling mechanism is disposed on a film cutting machine and includes a fixing plate fixed to a cutting template of the film cutting machine, a pressing-head device disposed on the fixing plate, a tape, a tape reel and a collection device disposed on a platform of the film cutting machine. The tape is wound on the tape reel and is connected to the collection device after being wound on the pressing-head device. When the fixing plate moves downward with a cutting motion of the cutting template, the pressing-head device presses a film waste to make the tape attached to the film waste. When the fixing plate moves upward, the collection device reels in the tape to make a portion of the tape having the film waste separate from the pressing-head device and make a portion of the tape without any film waste wound on the pressing-head device.
