    Abstract: A molding process of a co-cured short-fiber resin-based damping composite material and a molding part. Different from a traditional centrifugal processing process of a thin-walled tube of a resin-based composite material, the process uses raw materials including three kinds of materials with different densities and including two kinds of short-fiber epoxy resin with different densities and a damping material. During centrifugal molding, the three kinds of materials are made into fluids to be respectively injected at a uniform speed in three times according to the sizes of the densities. Layering is performed by using different centrifugal forces applied to the three kinds of materials. Co-curing is performed according to a resin curing process after the three kinds of materials are stably distributed, and a tubular thin-walled part of the embedded co-cured short-fiber resin-based damping composite material with a uniform wall thickness is obtained.

    Abstract: A device and method for monitoring freezing-thawing damage of an underwater concrete member in situ. A main structure includes an upper link, concrete member, transverse sealed box, longitudinal sealed box, movable guide rod, probe launching box, multichannel data collector, frequency modulation transmitter, computer, auxiliary wheels, lower link, and a wireless temperature sensor. A process includes four steps: launching of a probe, collection of data, calculation of an elastic modulus, and evaluation of freezing-thawing damage. The device is simply structured, easy to operate, and can be reused, and provides power for launching the probe by non-contact force transmission by using high-strength magnets of the same pole, resolving the sealing problem, and calculates the elastic modulus of the concrete member by using acceleration data obtained by a probe, so as to obtain a loss amount of the elastic modulus, thereby performing real-time in-situ monitoring for freezing-thawing damage of an underwater concrete member.

    Abstract: A system for robot teaching based on RGB-D images and a teach pendant, including an RGB-D camera, a host computer, a posture teach pendant, and an AR teaching system which includes an AR registration card, an AR module, a virtual robot model, a path planning unit and a posture teaching unit. The RGB-D camera collects RGB images and depth images of a physical working environment in real time. In the path planning unit, path points of a robot end effector are selected, and a 3D coordinates of the path points in the basic coordinate system of the virtual robot model are calculated; the posture teaching unit records the received posture data as the postures of a path point where the virtual robot model is located, so that the virtual robot model is driven to move according to the postures and positions of the path points, thereby completing the robot teaching.

    Abstract: A molybdenum disulfide/graphene/carbon composite material having a hierarchical pore structure includes a composite nanofiber having a diameter of 60 to 500 nm. The composite nanofiber comprises, in mass percentage, 3% to 35% of molybdenum disulfide, 0.2% to 10% of graphene, and 60% to 95% of carbon. The composite nanofiber has a hierarchical pore structure distributed along the axial direction, and has a pore diameter continuously distributed between 0.1 nm and 5 μm and an average pore diameter between 1.5 nm and 25 nm. On the basis of the pore volume, in the hierarchical pore structure, a micropore structure accounts for 25% to 60%, and a mesoporous structure accounts for 40% to 75%. The microporous structure is distributed on the surface of the nanofiber and the pore wall of the mesoporous structure.

    Abstract: The three-stage degassing and dewatering technology with vertical, horizontal and elevated T-shaped tubes combined as well as a high-frequency and high-voltage dynamic electric field dewatering technology with a mouse cage formation constructed by rod electrodes are adopted. The first-stage degasser implements a first-stage axial-flow type collision buffer degassing and dewatering operation, forming a first-stage crude oil after removing some of the gas and water in the gas-containing and water-containing crude oil. The second-stage degasser implements a second-stage elevated efficient degassing operation, forming a second-stage crude oil after removing the remaining gas in the first-stage crude oil. The rod electrode constructs a dynamic electric field with a high frequency and a high voltage, and implements a third-stage high-frequency and high-voltage rapid dewatering operation together with the elevated dewaterer, forming a qualified crude oil after removing the remaining water in the crude oil emulsion.

    Abstract: A BlockNet security organization storage mapping method for spatial data includes: first constructing a BlockNet gene propagation mechanism according to the characteristics of the BlockNet storage space data, and then designing multi-source gene propagation in a multi-space data center scenario mechanism. In the multi-source gene propagation mechanism, the propagation round control and the in/out-degree control mechanism are designed for the possible radiation crossover problems and radiation impact problems. A BlockNet information update plan is designed for data modification and update requirements in spatial data storage scenarios. In addition to realizing the unique primary key block coding of spatial data and accelerating the indexing speed, it also retains elevation information through multi-dimensional coding, expands the amount of information, improves the utilization efficiency of spatial data, and the security of data mapping and storage process is greatly improved.
