Abstract: A hydrogen filling apparatus that can quickly fill vehicles equipped with multiple large-capacity fuel tanks with hydrogen gas while complying with filling protocol. The hydrogen filling apparatus (100) of the present invention includes: a plurality of filling systems; a filling control device (10, 20) for each of the filling systems; a filling pipe communicating with a rear facility in each of the filling systems; a set of filling members (for example, flow control valves, flow meters) interposed in each of the filling pipes and connected to each of the filling control devices; and a filling hose connected to each of the filling pipes, each filling hose having a filling nozzle at a tip; wherein one of the plurality of filling control devices has a function of selectively exerting a first control mode that controls only the filling system including the filling control device and a second control mode shared as a control device for the plurality of filling systems, and a switching means for switching between the first control mode and the second control mode in the one of the filling control devices is provided.

Abstract: A filling apparatus capable of suppressing radial movement of a connecting pin of a nozzle, and preventing damages and deformations (recesses and so on) from generating on an outer peripheral surface of the connecting pin, and making the filling nozzle compact. The filling apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes: a storage tank for storing hydrogen fuel; a filling nozzle (10) for filling hydrogen from the storage tank through a fuel filling system to an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank mounted on a vehicle; a rod-shaped member (2: connecting pin) and a main body portion (1) mounted on the filling nozzle (10); a sealing member (3: laminated sealing member) arranged on (a radially outer peripheral portion of the rod-shaped member of) the main body portion (1); a sealing member holding member (4: pressing member) mounted on an end side (on a receptacle 20 side) of the rod-shaped member (2); and a mechanism for protecting an outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped member (2) from slide on the sealing member holding member (4).

Abstract: A gas filling apparatus having a filling nozzle with high operability. A gas filling apparatus 1, comprising; a filling mechanism for transporting a gas from a gas supply source via a gas transporting pipe while measuring flow rate of the gas; a filling hose 3 connected to the gas transporting pipe, the filling hose having a filling nozzle 4 at an end; a nozzle hook 5 on which the filling nozzle is hung; and a guide mechanism 7 for guiding the filling nozzle from the nozzle hook to a predetermined position when the filling nozzle is detached from the nozzle hook. The guide mechanism can guide the filling nozzle to a filling port of a fuel tank mounted on a vehicle, which allows the filling nozzle to move to the filling port of the fuel tank with ease even though the filling nozzle is heavy or a high pressure gas such as hydrogen gas is handled. The nozzle hook can include an injection port 5d for injecting a dry gas to the filling nozzle hung on the nozzle hook.

Abstract: To provide a gas filling apparatus with high handleability and safety. A gas filling apparatus including: a filling mechanism for carrying a gas through gas carrying pipes while measuring flow rate of the gas from a gas supply source (accumulator); a filling hose connected to the gas carrying pipe and having a filling nozzle at an end of the filling hose; and an attachment sensor (nozzle attachment detecting portion) for outputting a detection signal after detecting that the filling nozzle is attached to a filling port of an in-vehicle tank, wherein filling gas to the in-vehicle tank by the filling mechanism becomes possible after the detection signal is inputted to the filling mechanism from the attachment sensor. The gas filling apparatus may further include: a pressure gauge for measuring a pressure in the in-vehicle tank; a thermometer for measuring ambient temperature; and a target pressure calculating means (comparing means) for calculating a pressure in the in-vehicle tank when filling up the in-vehicle tank or filling preset amount of the gas is finished before filling gas to the in-vehicle tank based on a capacity of the in-vehicle tank and the measured pressure in the in-vehicle tank and the measured ambient temperature; wherein the filling mechanism stops carrying the gas to the in-vehicle tank when the pressure in the in-vehicle tank reaches the target pressure.

Abstract: An LNG filling apparatus that can safely fill LNG in LNG vehicles. A filling apparatus 1 for filling LNG in an in-vehicle tank, the apparatus 1 having a housing 2, a recovery hose 41 and a filling hose 51 separately led from the housing, a recovery mechanism 4 for recovering a natural gas from the in-vehicle tank via the recovery hose, and a filling mechanism 5 for filling LNG to the in-vehicle tank via the filling hose. Separately leading the recovery hose and the filling hose from the housing with these hoses in close proximity to each other allows a range capable of filling that is the overlap range between a connectable range of the recovery hose and a connectable range of the filling hose to be enlarged. A single hose led from the housing can be used for both of the recovery of the natural gas and the filling of the LNG, which prevents tangle of hoses with each other, and enables to fill the LNG in the in-vehicle tank safely.
