Abstract: A filling apparatus capable of using a single hydrogen storage container for as long as possible during hydrogen filling and maintaining opening degree of a flow rate adjusting valve within a predetermined range. A filling apparatus (100) includes a plurality of hydrogen storage containers (20: hydrogen cylinders or hydrogen storage tanks), a pipe (1) that connects a filling hose (8) and the hydrogen storage containers (20), a flow rate adjusting valve (3: flow control valve) interposed in the pipe (1), and a control unit (10), and the control unit (10) has functions of adjusting a threshold value for switching the hydrogen storage container (20) communicating with the filling hose (8) to another hydrogen storage container (20) and adjusting valve opening of the flow rate adjusting valve (3).

Abstract: A hydrogen filling apparatus that can quickly fill vehicles equipped with multiple large-capacity fuel tanks with hydrogen gas while complying with filling protocol. The hydrogen filling apparatus (100) of the present invention includes: a plurality of filling systems; a filling control device (10, 20) for each of the filling systems; a filling pipe communicating with a rear facility in each of the filling systems; a set of filling members (for example, flow control valves, flow meters) interposed in each of the filling pipes and connected to each of the filling control devices; and a filling hose connected to each of the filling pipes, each filling hose having a filling nozzle at a tip; wherein one of the plurality of filling control devices has a function of selectively exerting a first control mode that controls only the filling system including the filling control device and a second control mode shared as a control device for the plurality of filling systems, and a switching means for switching between the first control mode and the second control mode in the one of the filling control devices is provided.

Abstract: To provide a safety joint that can immediately shut off a hydrogen gas flow path at the initial stage when a plug (nozzle side member) comes out of a socket (fueling apparatus side member) to prevent release of outgas. A safety joint (100, 100-1) of the present invention includes: a plug (10) with a flow path (1A) formed inside, a shutoff valve (5) of the plug (10) opens when connected to a socket (20); and the socket (20), a flow path (21A) in communication with the flow path (1A) is formed when connected to the plug (10); and when the plug (10) is disconnected from the socket (20), the flow paths (1A, 21A) of the plug (10) and the socket (20) are shut off, wherein the socket has an opening (21C) that communicates with the flow path (21A) and extends orthogonally to the flow path (21A); when the plug and the socket are connected, a protruding portion (3) of the plug is inserted into the opening; and a socket flow path blocking mechanism (30, 31) is provided to instantly close the flow path (21A) at an initial stage when the plug is disconnected from the socket.

Abstract: To provide a filling apparatus capable of suppressing radial movement of a rod-shaped member (connecting pin) of a nozzle, and preventing damages and deformations (recesses and so on) from generating on an outer peripheral surface of the connecting pin. A filling apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes: a storage tank for storing hydrogen fuel; a filling nozzle (10) for filling a hydrogen gas from the storage tank through a fuel filling system to an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank mounted on a vehicle; a rod-shaped member (2: connecting pin) and a main body portion (1) mounted on the filling nozzle (10); a sealing member (3: laminated sealing member) arranged on (a radially outer peripheral portion of the rod-shaped member of) the main body portion (1); a guide member (4: pressing member), projecting radially inward, mounted on a portion separated from an end side of the rod-shaped member (2) (from a receptacle 20 side in an in-vehicle hydrogen filling tank to the fuel filling system); and means for protecting an outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped member (2) from slide on the guide member (4).
