Provided is an information sending method, including: a base station determining a transmission configuration parameter associated with a first control region, where the first control region is used for transmitting a common control message; and determining first indication information according to the transmission configuration parameter, and sending the first indication information through a physical downlink broadcast channel or at a preset position of a second control area. A time domain symbol set corresponding to the second control area is a subset of a time domain symbol set corresponding to the first control area. Further provided is an information detection method, including: receiving first indication information used for indicating a transmission configuration parameter of a first control area, and detecting the common control information according to the first indication information. Further provided are an information sending device and an information detecting device.

The present disclosure provides a method and device for configuring a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), and a method and device for parsing CSI-RS. The configuration method includes: configuring configuration information of the CSI-RS by a base station; generating a signaling carrying the configuration information of the CSI-RS by the base station; and transmitting the signaling by the base station. The configuration information includes at least one of: a number of CSI-RS ports, a number K of components of a pilot resource pattern, a number N of ports of the components of the pilot resource pattern, and a CSI-RS port-sorting mode, where the CSI-RS port-sorting mode includes M types of candidate port-sorting mode, and M, K, and N are positive integers.

The embodiment of present document discloses a method for implementing resource attribute notification and a common service entity. The method includes that: the common service (CSE) entity receives a resource update request, the resource update request containing an original resource address parameter and a parameter of an attribute able to be notified; and the CSE finds a corresponding original resource and an attribute thereof created locally according to the original resource address parameter; if it is judged that the parameter of an attribute able to be notified contains an attribute name of an attribute able to be notified, and the original resource has been notified to a remote CSE, but the original resource has not created “an attribute that has been notified”, the CSE sends the resource update request to the remote CSE and carries a notification resource address of the original resource on the remote CSE, the attribute name of the attribute able to be notified, and the attribute value stored locally.

A method and registration node for managing an application resource in Machine to Machine (M2M) are provided. The method includes that: an Application Entity (AE) or a Common Service Entity (CSE) sends a node resource creation request to a registration CSE of the AE or the CSE to request a resource for an application node where the AE is located or an intermediate node where the CSE is located; and the registration CSE creates a node resource for the application node or the intermediate node, and establishes an association relationship between an AE resource which has been created for the AE and the currently created node resource, or establishes an association relationship between a CSE resource which has been created for the CSE and the currently created node resource.

The present document discloses a method and apparatus for creating a resource. In the above method, receiving a resource creation request from a transmitting end, herein information carried in the resource creation request carries resource creation information corresponding to a resource to be created; and determining whether a first resource name needs to be reallocated to the resource to be created and creating the resource to be created according to the resource creation information. According to the technical solutions provided by the present document, the management of resource names by a CSE is enhanced, and the uniqueness of the resource names is ensured, consequently the application scenarios of an M2M service provider are expanded, and at the same time the duplicated registration of the same resources is avoided.

Provided are a method and a device for paging a terminal. The device includes: a mobile management element configured to manage access control, status judgment and signaling exchange with other control components of a terminal; a visited location register configured to store paging information of the terminal and transmit a paging request according to the paging information. The method and the device solve the defect that that network resources are wasted as a system cannot judge the status of a terminal under a sleep or a power saving mode, and wrong information is fed back, and an ineffective paging request is repeatedly transmitted in the related art, and improve the working efficiency of the whole network.

The provided are a method and device for processing one or more operations for a device peripheral. The method includes that: a transaction including the one or more operations for the device peripheral is acquired, wherein the transaction includes operation content of the one or more operations for the device peripheral and a preset control parameter of the one or more operations for the device peripheral; the one or more operations for the device peripheral are executed according to the operation content; and operation execution information of the one or more operations for the device peripheral is determined according to the preset control parameter. The present disclosure solves the problem in related art thereby achieving the effect of processing the one or more operations for the device peripheral in time and effectively improving the transaction execution efficiency.

Provided is a method and an apparatus for encoding CSI, a storage medium, and a processor, where the method includes: placing a first type of information bits of the CSI in a first type of position indexes of the position index set, and determining, from the indexes other than the first type of position indexes determined by the first type of information bits in the position index set, indexes of the second type of information bits of the CSI, indexes of the third type of information bits of the CSI, and indexes of the fourth type of information bits in the position index set; or placing the fourth type of information bits in the fourth type of position indexes of the position index set, and determining indexes of the first type of information bits, indexes of the second type of information bits, and indexes of the third type of information bits of the CSI in the position index set from indexes other than the fourth type of position indexes determined by the fourth type of information bits in the position index set. The present disclosure solves the problem that positions of various types of information in the CSI reporting cannot be reasonably mapped in the related art.
