Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a reference signal transmitting method and apparatus. The method includes: reference signal parameters are received, the reference signal parameters at least include the number P of ports of a reference signal and a modulation and coding scheme of the reference signal, and the number P of ports of the reference signal is determined according to the modulation and coding scheme; and the reference signal is received according to the reference signal parameters.
