Filtering can take place in normal operation; it can also take place during refresh cycles.

Abstract: A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell stack; a fuel tank; a fuel pipe connecting the fuel cell stack and the fuel tank; a fuel regulator disposed in the fuel pipe and configured to regulate a flow rate of fuel gas to be supplied from the fuel tank to an anode; a fuel stop valve disposed in the fuel pipe; and a controller. The controller is configured to execute, when activating or stopping the fuel cell stack: a first process of opening the fuel stop valve and the fuel regulator; a second process of closing the fuel stop valve and the fuel regulator when an anode internal pressure reaches a predetermined first anode pressure; and a third process of outputting a signal indicating occurrence of fuel leakage when the anode internal pressure after a predetermined first period is lower than a predetermined second anode pressure.

Abstract: A method of operating a water electrolysis and electricity generating system includes, at a time of switching from the water electrolysis mode to the electricity generating mode, a water electrolysis stopping step, a purging step and an electricity generation starting step. In the purging step after the water electrolysis stopping step, an oxygen-containing gas is caused to flow from an oxygen-containing gas flow path to a first gas-liquid separator via an oxygen-containing gas introduction flow path, a first supply flow path, a first inlet port member, a first fluid flow path, a first outlet port member, and a first lead-out flow path. In the electricity generation starting step after the purging step, the cell member is caused to generate electricity based on a predetermined required load value.

Abstract: The invention relates to a pressure-controlled shut-off valve (1) for temporarily interrupting the air supply to a fuel cell stack in a fuel cell system, comprising a valve piston (3) which can be moved back and forth in a cylindrical housing bore (2) and which is biased in the direction of a seal seat (5) by the spring force of a spring (4), wherein a connection between an air inlet channel (6) and an air outlet channel (7) is produced or interrupted depending on the axial position of the valve piston (3). According to the invention, the valve piston (3) delimits a spring chamber (8), which receives the spring (4) and to which ambient pressure is applied, on one side and a control chamber (9), which is connected to the air inlet channel (7), on the other side within the housing bore (2). The invention additionally relates to a fuel cell system comprising a shut-off valve (1) according to the invention.

An output of the driving motor is connected to a transmission shaft of an electric vehicle through a speed change gearbox, and an input of the driving motor is connected to an alternating current output end of the bidirectional converter; a direct current input end of the bidirectional converter is connected in parallel to an output of the power cell and an output of the chopper, and an input of the chopper is connected to a power source output of the fuel cell.
