Abstract: A method of receiving a downlink control channel at a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving information on a resource element group (REG) bundle size and information on a size of a matrix for interleaving a plurality of REGs configuring at least one control channel element (CCE) through a higher layer, determining the matrix for interleaving the plurality of REGs based on the information on the size of the matrix and the information on the REG bundle size, interleaving the plurality of REGs bundled into one or more REG bundles according to the REG bundle size using the matrix, and receiving the downlink control channel based on the plurality of interleaved REGs.

The first signaling and second signaling are respectively used to determine L1 antenna port(s) and Q1 antenna port(s), the Q1 antenna port(s) is(are) a subset of the L1 antenna port(s). Herein, the Q1 and Q2 are positive integers respectively, the L1 is a positive integer greater than or equal to the Q1. The first channel information corresponds to Q antenna ports, the Q is a sum of the Q1 and Q2.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to retransmission techniques for communication of information (e.g., for wireless communication). In some aspects, if a device's first transmission including encoded data and parity information (subject to puncture) fails, the device's retransmission (e.g., in response to a NAK) involves transmitting the parity information that was punctured. In some aspects, the coding rate used for encoding the data for the first transmission is selected to meet an error rate (e.g., a block error rate) for the second transmission. The second transmission may also include repetition information that includes the encoded data. The repetition information could also include at least a portion of the encoded parity information.

Abstract: An audio frame loss recovery method and apparatus are disclosed. In one implementation, data from some but not all audio frames is included in a redundant frame. The audio frames whose data is not included in the redundant frame may include multiple audio frames but may not include more than two consecutive audio frames. Because not all audio frames are used in the redundant frame, the amount of information needed to be transmitted in the redundant frame is reduced. A lost audio frame during transmission may be recovered from either the redundant frame when the redundant frame include data of the lost frame, or from at least one neighboring frame of the lost frame derived from either the redundant frame or the successfully transmitted audio frames when the redundant frame does not include data of the lost frame.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described to enable synchronized encoding of streaming audio or video content between multiple encoders, in a manner that provides for redundancy of the system to vary based on a demand for the output content. End user devices or content distribution systems can monitor how content is output on end user devices, and report such output to a content encoding system. The encoding system can then redundancy provided for streaming content based on the demand by end users. Streams that are in high demand can be processed with high redundancy among devices that provide seamlessly interchangeable content, thus reducing the likelihood of perceived failure for such streams. Streams that are in low demand can be processed with low redundancy, reducing the computing resources used to process the stream while minimizing the overall impact of a processing failure, should one occur.
