    Abstract: A braking system including a brake controller to control an actuating drive, a wireless communication unit to receive external data from an external device, an online receiver to receive vehicle data from devices within the vehicle and a portion of the external data and to identify a situation requiring braking as online information, a first offline receiver to receive at the vehicle data from the devices and to identify the situation requiring braking as first offline information, a second offline receiver including sensors to record traffic data and configured to identify the situation requiring braking as second offline information from the traffic data, and a comparator to compare the online information and the first and second offline information and generate a positive or negative result on the basis of the comparison, and transmit a positive result to the brake controller in order to activate the brake controller.

    Abstract: An electric brake system for a vehicle is provided, wherein the vehicle has a brake value encoder, at least one first axle having at least two wheels and a second axle having at least two wheels. A first axle modulator is associated with the first axle. A second axle modulator is associated with the second axle. A single central control unit is further provided, which generates and outputs a first brake signal for the first axle modulator and a second brake signal for the second axle modulator as a function of a brake signal from the brake value encoder or as a function of a further brake request. The first and second axle modulator are each configured to decelerate the wheels of the first and second axle as a function of the first and second brake signal from the central control unit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods, systems, a vehicle and a computer-readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method includes obtaining a near-collision warning signal from a collision warning system of the vehicle, the near-collision warning signal being representative of a collision event determined based on sensor data representative of a surrounding environment of the vehicle. The method further includes obtaining an operational position of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle configured for operating the vehicle by means of a one pedal driving control system. Further, the method includes generating, based on the obtained near-collision warning signal, a corresponding negative torque reinforcement factor to be applied to a normal braking force of the vehicle associated with each obtained operational position of the accelerator pedal.

    Abstract: [Problem] The present invention provides a vehicle brake system capable of shortening a delay time from time at which an execution request of a pre-crash brake executed by actuation of an electric booster is sent to time at which the pre-crash brake is actually actuated.
    [Means for Resolution] In a vehicle brake system (1) including: a hydraulic unit (20); a braking control section (90) for controlling the hydraulic unit (20); a master cylinder (14); an electric booster (10); a booster control section (100) for controlling the electric booster (10); and a pre-crash brake execution determination section (110), the pre-crash brake execution determination section (110) sends information on a specified target value (P_tgt) for decelerating a vehicle to the booster control section (100) and the braking control section (90). When a change amount (ΔP) of the target value (P_tgt) received from the pre-crash brake execution determination section (110) exceeds a specified threshold value (ΔP_thr), the booster control section (100) drives the electric booster (10) prior to a command from the braking control section (90) and executes preceding brake control for generating a specified brake hydraulic pressure to a wheel cylinder.

    Abstract: A brake control apparatus includes a hydraulic pressure supply device configured to provide a hydraulic pressure to a wheel cylinder of a vehicle; a flow path extending from the hydraulic pressure supply device to the wheel cylinder; at least one valve configured to open or close the flow path; and a controller electrically connected to the hydraulic pressure supply device and the at least one valve. The controller may be configured to control the hydraulic pressure supply device to supply the hydraulic pressure to the wheel cylinder through the flow path, and in response to a change in a gear position of a transmission of the vehicle, to control at least one of the hydraulic pressure supply device and the at least one valve to maintain a hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder or a hydraulic pressure of the flow path for a first reference time after the change in the gear position.

    Abstract: A control device configured to control motion of a vehicle includes a controller. The controller is configured to execute braking control that generates a braking force for decelerating the vehicle in response to a braking request.
