Abstract:
Present invention makes it possible to automatically transport carts in which trays with medicine contained can be stored. In order to transport the cart comprising a plurality of support panels 38 juxtaposed to each other, a lower connection member 41 connecting the lower end portions of the plurality of support panels 38 and casters 44 positioned below the lower connection member 41, the cart transport apparatus comprises a frame 51 having wheels 50 which can be driven to rotate, the frame 51 being movable beneath the lower connection member 41 of the cart 8 and a grip member 55 for gripping the lower connection member 41 of the cart 8.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a drug dispenser which can push the drug in a stable state and discharge it. The drug dispenser comprises a drug case 1 for containing a plurality of drugs 100 stacked in a vertical direction, each of the plurality of drugs 100 is packed in a rectangular package with a flange 100a, and a pushing mechanism 3 for pushing out the lowermost drug 100 in a horizontal direction. A guide member 35 for supporting and guiding the flange 100a′ of the second drug 100′ when the lowermost drug 100 is pushed out is provided in a pushing direction of the drug 100.
Abstract:
At least one solid drug form is fed into a capsule, housed inside a pocket on a first conveyor movable along an endless first path extending in a given first plane, by means of a seat on a second conveyor movable along an endless second path extending in a second plane parallel to the first plane; the seat receiving the solid form from a vibratory distributor plate, and releasing the solid form to the pocket.
Abstract:
A system for dispensing items comprising a base and at least one wheel rotatably coupled to the base. There is also at least one actuator slidably disposed the wheel. This actuator is for retaining the item to be dispensed from the system. There is also at least one optical recognition system disposed adjacent to the wheel. This optical recognition system is for identifying at least one characteristic of the item to be dispensed to selectively actuate the actuator to dispense the item to be dispensed. The optical recognition system can be in the form of a camera or an electric eye to recognize a visual feature of an item to be dispensed such as a tablet or a pill.
Abstract:
A transfer apparatus transfers tablets ejected from a tableting machine to a container. The transfer apparatus includes a first chute, a cloth chute which serves as a buffer disposed at one end of the first chute, a winding apparatus for lifting the free end of the cloth chute, a bucket for receiving the tablets from the cloth chute, and a swiveling lift for moving the bucket. Because the formed pieces are not transported directly from the first chute to the bucket, but are first received within the buffer and then transported to the container, occurrence of cracking or chipping of the formed pieces can be prevented and high quality can also be maintained through minimizing the impact on the formed pieces which would otherwise occur during transporting.
Abstract:
A transfer apparatus S transfers tablets ejected from a tableting machine 1 to a container 7. The transfer apparatus S comprises a tablet carrying chute 2 as chute means, a cloth chute 3 as buffer means disposed in the tablet carrying chute 2, a winding apparatus 4 for lifting the end portion of the cloth chute 3, a bucket 5 for receiving the tablets from the cloth chute 3, and a swiveling lift 6 for moving the bucket 5 to a predetermined position. Here, the bucket 5 and the swiveling lift 6 compose transport means. Since the transfer apparatus S is configured such that the formed pieces are not transported directly from the chute means to the transport means, but are once received by the buffer means and then transported from the vicinity of the buffer means to the container 7, occurrence of cracks or chippings of the formed pieces can be prevented and high quality of them can also be maintained through relaxing the impact which occurs during transporting the formed pieces from the chute means to the transport means.
Abstract:
An apparatus for sorting and feeding identically shaped small objects has a funnel adapted to hold the objects and having a downwardly open outlet and a housing and a wheel together forming an arcuate passage generally centered on an axis and having an upper inlet end at the outlet and a lower outlet end so that the objects can enter the upper inlet end of the passage and move downward through the passage. The wheel has an outer periphery exposed in the passage and formed with a row of outwardly open pockets of a shape corresponding generally to a shape of the objects. The wheel is rotated such that its periphery moves upward in the passage so that the objects are separated from one another and aligned behind one another in the passage.
Abstract:
In a device for collecting and re-cycling articles sent toward feeding channels, a selecting member is situated downstream of a station where the articles are accumulated, for receiving, in a predetermined way, the articles from the accumulation station. The selecting member selects and holds complying articles, separating them from fragments and from powders associated thereto. A linear conveyor member, situated downstream of the selecting member, receives the complying articles and sends them in ordered way to inlets of the feeding channels. Collecting means are situated downstream of the inlets for receiving, from the linear conveyor member, the exceeding articles situated near the inlets. Transferring means receive, from the collecting means, the exceeding articles and transfer them to an initial section of the selecting member, so that the articles are collected, recycled and their compliance is verified again.
Abstract:
An automatic picking machine for pharmaceutical drug packages includes at least one storage rack, at least one storage and retrieval machine, a control apparatus for controlling the storage and retrieval machine, and a filling apparatus for successively filling each of a plurality of transport containers with a group of pharmaceutical drug packages corresponding to one order, wherein the filling apparatus includes a plurality of collection containers, first transport apparatuses, each having a transport channel for conveying the pharmaceutical drug packages towards the respective collection container, and a receiving apparatus for receiving a transport container to be filled at a filling location of the filing apparatus.
Abstract:
A storage container for a storage and dispensing station for small piece goods, in particular drugs or dietary supplement products, is provided. The storage container includes a housing with an on the inside circular cylindrical section, a separating device arranged in the on the inside circular cylindrical section including a base body and multiple channels, the channels being open to the outer periphery of the separating device and each channel having a peripheral wall and two radial walls, and a retainer. At least one radial wall and/or the peripheral wall includes a depression and/or an elevation to reduce a contact area between a small piece good and the channel wall, the shape and size of the depression/elevation being selected in such a way that an electrostatic attraction between the small piece good and the channel wall is reduced. Methods of dispensing from a storage container are also provided.
