A sewn product comprises fabrics having conductive yarns inserted each in a warp direction and a weft direction and disposed in a lattice at intervals, wherein in at least one place of seam a number of piles of clothing fabrics of seam allowance is 5 or more, and a surface resistance (R) between two points separated by 30 cm across at least one seam is R≦1.0×1012Ω.
Abstract:
Fibers, such as textile fibers, having electrical components deposited thereon. More particularly, one or more electrical components are formed directly onto the surface of at least one fiber. The fiber having the electrical component formed thereon may then be interlaced with other fibers to form a larger piece of fabric, which can be employed to produce an article of clothing. A group of transistors and piezoelectric components forming an accelerometer may be woven onto one or more natural or synthetic fibers. The fibers may then be employed as the warp, weft, or both, of a woven piece of fabric, or used to form a knitted piece of fabric. The fabric piece can then be cut and sewn to form a wearable item, such as a shirt, a pair of pants, a hat, or the upper piece of a shoe that includes the accelerometer.
Abstract:
A versatile fabric for use as a towel includes multiple surface areas that are formed of different materials. A support web has hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials woven therethrough. The hydrophilic material is interlaced with the web to define loops of material which extend from a first portion of the web surface and loops of material which extend from a second portion of the web surface which is longitudinally spaced from the first portion. Similarly, the hydrophobic material is interlaced with the web to define loops of material which extend from a third portion of the web surface and loops of material which extend from a fourth portion of the web surface which is longitudinally spaced from the third portion. The first and third portions of the support web surface are arranged opposite each other and the second and fourth portions of the support web surface are arranged opposite each other to define four surface portions of the fabric.
Abstract:
[Problem to be Solved]A sheet made of a fabric or paper coated with a substance which has a strong function to adsorb, remove and make harmless microbes such as bacteria and viruses is to be configured so as to be usable as a filter, a mask or the like capable of removing the microbes such as the bacteria and viruses.[Solving Means]A sheet made of a fabric which uses a fibrous material, for example, polyester in which a sulfenate group or a carboxylate group has been introduced, and has a surface coated, for example, with anatase type titanium oxide makes microbes such as bacteria and viruses harmless by adsorbing these microbes and has sufficient air permeability, therefore being usable as a filter, a mask or the like. Furthermore, a sheet made of a fabric or paper which is impregnated with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol copolymerized with a monomer having a sulfonate group or carboxylate group as a fabric size and on which titanium oxide is coated and fixed has a function to make harmful microbes harmless by adsorbing these microbes, therefore being usable not only as a filter or a mask but also as fruit packing material or the like.

Abstract:
The present invention generally relates to an integrally woven three-dimensional preform with at least one sidewall in at least one direction constructed from a woven base fabric comprising two or more layers, and a method of forming thereof. A plurality of fibers in a first direction is interwoven between at least the top layer and a second layer, such that top layer is foldable relative to the other layers and form, upon folding, an integral sidewall. A plurality of fibers may also be interwoven between the second-from-the-top layer and a second layer, such that the second-from-the-top layer is foldable relative to the other layers, upon folding, form a second integral sidewall perpendicular to the first integral sidewall. The preform may optionally comprise a plurality of non-integral sidewalls formed by folding portions of the topmost layer.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a polymer composition formed from a biologically degradable polymer and a material from sea plants and/or shells of sea animals or at least two components selected from the group consisting of saccharides and the derivatives thereof, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and metal ions. The invention additionally relates to a molded article formed from the polymer composition. The molded article may be packaging material or fibrous material, in the form of fibrous material as a mixing component for the production of yarns, and in the form of fibrous material for the production of nonwoven fabrics or woven fabrics.
Abstract:
A woven mat fabric with fused layers containing a plurality of woven layers, where each woven layer contains a plurality of warp elements interwoven with a plurality of weft elements. The warp and weft elements contain polymeric strips which have a core layer disposed in layered relation with at least one surface layer. The core layer contains a first strain oriented polymer composition and having a first softening point and the surface layer contains a second polymer composition having a softening point lower than the first softening point. The weft and warp elements within each layer are fused to one another, but the weft and warp elements of one layer are not consolidated to the weft and warp elements of the adjacent layers.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to the production of textiles and more particularly pertains to a method for manufacturing cotton towels comprising the steps of: combining a yarn of 120S combed long staple cotton and a yarn of 10S combed long staple cotton by means of a double winder and winding onto a bobbin or bobbins after combining; feeding the bobbin or bobbins of the combined yarn into a double twister for plying; winding the plied yarn onto a bobbin and weaving into greige; impregnating the greige in the solution of a combined desizing, scouring and bleaching machine to be soaked and steamed for removing the sizes and the impurities in the cotton yarn; treating the greige by means of deoxidization, dyeing, enzymatic desizing, softening, relaxation drying and sewing into towels. The present invention adopts the 120S combed long staple cotton for plying which achieves a definitive binding effect on the loosened fibers on the surfaces of the yarn, thereby forming fewer fluffs on the surfaces of the towel. The present invention eliminates the step of removing the water-soluble filaments, reduces the labor intensiveness of the workers, relieves the pressure on the sewage treatment and alleviates the problems of the environmental pollution.
