    Abstract: A physical downlink control channel PDCCH transmission method and apparatus is provided. The method includes: A network device sends first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information may include configuration information of a PDCCH, the configuration information of the PDCCH is used to indicate at least one repeated transmission configuration manner, which includes a first repeated transmission configuration manner. The repeated transmission configuration manner includes at least one of a quantity of repetitions of the PDCCH and an aggregation level that is of the PDCCH and that corresponds to the quantity of repetitions. The network device may send the PDCCH to the terminal device based on the first repeated transmission configuration manner. According to this method, a sending effect of a PDCCH at a higher aggregation level can be implemented through repeated sending of a plurality of PDCCHs at lower aggregation levels.

    Abstract: A method, network node and wireless device for transmitting and decoding repeated physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) messages are disclosed. According to one embodiment a method implemented in a wireless device (WD) includes receiving multiple transmissions of a PDCCH message, each of the multiple transmissions of the PDDCH message being repeated in a repetition set. The method further includes monitoring the multiple received PDCCH transmissions to obtain scheduling information for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an encoder device may receive, from a base station, in accordance with a buffer configuration of the encoder device or a buffer report associated with the encoder device, an indication of a set of transport blocks (TBs) for a network coded sidelink retransmission, the set of TBs associated with one or more sidelink transmissions. The encoder device may transmit the network coded sidelink retransmission based at least in part on encoding TBs, included in the set of TBs, that are stored in a buffer of the encoder device. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: A base station (BS) may receive a plurality of repetitions of a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) from a user equipment (UE), and accumulate the received repetitions to obtain a resultant signal. The ability to accumulate repetitions enables the base station to experience a higher probability of successful recovery of the PUCCH payload bits than if decoding were based on the reception of a non-repeated transmission of the PUCCH. The base station may configure the number of repetitions, the temporal gap between the repetitions, and mode of repetition of the PUCCH. In an intra-slot mode, more than one copy may be received from each configured slot, with or without frequency hopping. In an inter-slot mode, one copy is received per configured slot. Different repetitions may be transmitted by the UE in different directions, according to a spatial consistency pattern.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform an access procedure for establishing or reestablishing a connection with a network entity. The UE may transmit, as part of the access procedure, one or more repetitions of a narrowband physical random access channel (NPRACH) preamble to the network entity. Each repetition of the one or more repetitions may include a set of symbol groups, and each symbol group of the set of symbol groups may include a set of symbols used by the UE for transmitting the NPRACH preamble. In some examples, the set of symbols may include a subset of symbols to which an OCC is applied. The set of symbols may be multiplexed with one or more other sets of symbols associated with respective preambles of one or more other UEs.
