    Abstract: A composite equal additive manufacturing method: S1, obtaining molten metal by using a metal smelting device; S2, first, storing inflow molten metal in an intermediate container, and then transferring the molten metal into a crystallizer; S3, cooling the molten metal to a solid-liquid mixed state by using the crystallizer, and enabling a high-temperature blank body with a required section to flow out from an outlet of the crystallizer; S4, arranging plastic forming tools at a bottom of the outlet of the crystallizer, and performing plastic forming on the outflow high-temperature blank body; S5, fixing a lower end of a part after the plastic forming and slowly descending the part by a chuck; S6, machining the part by using point forming machines, and synchronously controlling the machining temperature of the part; and S7, descending the chuck to an appropriate position, and taking the formed part out from the machine frame.

The electrolyte contains a lithium salt, a solvent for dissolving the lithium salt, and a diluent; the diluent is an aromatic compound, and the diluent is used for inhibiting lithium dendrites generated due to uneven deposition of a lithium metal anode in the lithium metal battery during a cycle process, and is used for inhibiting the lithium metal anode in the lithium metal battery from reacting with the electrolyte.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of integrated optical waveguide modulation, and specifically, relates to an ultra-close-range metallic heater thermo-optic phase shifter, which includes: a substrate, and a metallic heater and an optical waveguide respectively arranged on the substrate; in which the metallic heater and the optical waveguide are arranged at a close distance, and the distance is less than 600 nm. The material of the metallic heater is titanium, titanium nitride, aluminum, gold, and/or a metal with a larger imaginary part of the refractive index. The present invention includes two solutions: side heating and top surface heating. In the side heating solution, the heater is placed close to a side of the waveguide in parallel, and heat is conducted to the optical waveguide through the substrate to achieve thermo-optic phase shift; while in the top surface heating solution, an auxiliary waveguide is placed on a side of the optical waveguide, and the heater is placed above the auxiliary waveguide; heat is conducted to the optical waveguide through a top silicon oxide layer to achieve thermo-optic phase shift. The present invention utilizes the principle of parity-time symmetry, greatly shortens the distance between the heaters and the waveguide, realizes low-loss and high-rate thermo- optic modulation. In addition, it is compatible with the CMOS process, and is a standard process.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a testing device and a testing system for high-pressure and large-scale gap dynamic sealing performance. The testing device includes a cylinder, first and second plunger rods and a piston rod. A first chamber is formed between an end of the first plunger rod and the cylinder, and a second chamber is formed between an end of the second plunger rod and the cylinder. The first chamber and the second chamber are provided with high-pressure liquid, and the two chambers communicate with each other. When being driven by a driving device, the piston rod drives the first and second plunger rods to reciprocate left and right. A plunger sleeve is disposed outside each of the first and second plunger rods. The plunger sleeve has a leakage port. When the first and second plunger rods reciprocate, the high-pressure liquid in the chambers leaks from the leakage port.

    Abstract: The disclosure proposes a novel method for generating public polynomials. The method simplifies key exchange processes, reduces the time required for key exchange and reduces the bandwidth required for data transmission from a server to a client. Secondly, the method keeps the calculation processes at both sides synchronized through a novel data exchange solution, particularly through handshaking signals, to ensure that the server and the client are always in the same key exchange process. In addition, the method further reduces a transmission bandwidth by sending information of the client twice. A state synchronization mechanism of the client and the server is proposed in the disclosure to ensure that Trivium modules at both sides are in the same state at the beginning of each key exchange, thereby avoiding reinitializing the modules and improving the operation efficiency of the whole system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a disinfecting device for a central air conditioner, which uses high-powered ultraviolet rays to efficiently and rapidly eliminate viruses, and uses two sets of parallel reflectors to reflect and overlap light curtains of the high-powered ultraviolet rays back and forth. In this way, small-sized aerosols with viruses can be eliminated, and no secondary pollutants such as ozone are produced in a process of purifying and disinfecting air by the ultraviolet rays. The entire device has a simple structure and can be used in the central air conditioner with an existing architecture. The entire device only needs to be provided in an air supply duct of the central air conditioner.
