Abstract: An image processing system includes a terminal worn by a user for use; and an image output apparatus configured to perform an output process for outputting an image in accordance with a command given by the user. The terminal includes an obtaining portion configured to obtain, from the user, a physical feature of the user. Any one or both of the terminal and the image output apparatus includes an authentication portion configured to perform, prior to the output process, an authentication process for verifying the user based on the physical feature obtained by the obtaining portion. The image output apparatus includes an output process portion configured to perform the output process when the authentication portion verifies the user.

Abstract: A system includes an operation device and an information storing apparatus, which are connected via a network. The operation device determines, based on information input from the outside of the operation device in response to an operation performed on the operation device, an electronic device among a plurality of electronic devices connected to the system, for causing the electronic device to input electronic data to the information storing apparatus, and sends, to the information storing apparatus, a first request to cause the determined electronic device to input the electronic data to the information storing apparatus. The information storing apparatus sends, to the determined electronic device, a second request based on the first request sent from the operation device, and stores the electronic data that has been sent from the determined electronic device based on the sent second request.

Abstract: An information providing device is capable of communicating with an image forming device, a data managing device, and a transmission terminal. The information providing device includes a storage unit; a communication unit that transmits a forming instruction to instruct the image forming device to perform image forming, and receives, from the image forming device, storage location information indicating the data managing device that stores data obtained by image forming by the image forming device and indicating a storage location in the data managing device; and a storage location managing unit that generates, in the storage unit, management information in which identification information of the image data is associated with the storage location information. The communication unit receives the data saved in the storage location indicated by the storage location information from the data managing device and transmits the received data to the transmission terminal.
