The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a touch screen, comprising the steps of: a) forming a conductive layer on a substrate; b) forming an etching resist pattern on the conductive layer; and c) forming a conductive pattern having a line width smaller than the line width of the etching resist pattern by over-etching the conductive layer by using the etching resist pattern and a touch screen manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, a touch screen comprising a conductive pattern having an ultrafine line width can be economically and efficiently provided.
Abstract:
The present invention provides: a method for manufacturing an insulated conductive pattern, wherein a conductive film and an insulation layer pattern are formed on a substrate, and the insulation layer pattern is reformed to cover a conductive pattern after formation of the conductive pattern by etching the conductive film using the insulation layer pattern as a mask; and a laminate manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the number of processes is sharply reduced in comparison with the existing processes, and economic efficiency can be greatly improved.

There are provided a sheet having a silicon/plastic bi-layer structure capable of easily transferring a paste even when a hard roll is used, the hard roll having excellent durability but having disadvantages that the paste is poorly transferred when the paste is printed on a plastic base, and a method for producing the same. The bi-layer structured sheet having excellent printability when printed by hard roll includes a flexible substrate and a silicon resin formed on the substrate.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a multimode optical fiber for high data rate LAN using MCVD, which includes a deposition process for forming a clad layer and a core layer, doped with an additive for controlling a refractive index, on an inner wall of a quartz tube by injecting a deposition gas into the quartz tube and applying heat to outside of the quartz tube; and a collapse process, which is repeatedly conducted N times, for filling up a gap in the quartz tube by applying heat of a temperature over a deposition temperature to the quartz tube after the core layer is completely deposited. In the method, together with an N−1th collapse process, an etching process of injecting a reaction gas for etching into the quartz tube is conducted in order to eliminate a portion of which refractive index is transformed due to evaporation of the additive.

Disclosed is a method for making a film assembly used in a PDP filter positioned on the front surface of a PDP, a film assembly manufactured by the method, and a PDP filter using the film assembly. The method includes providing a roll of an EMI film formed on a surface of a long transparent polymer resin film with a predetermined spacing and mounting the wound roll of the EMI film on a first feed roller; providing a roll of at least one long transparent functional film capable of covering at least partially the effective screen portions of the EMI film and mounting the wound roll of the functional film on a second feed roller which is spaced a predetermined distance from the first feed roller; and integrating the EMI film with the functional film by feeding them into a gap between the first and second compression rollers.
