    Abstract: An electronic device includes a casing and an antenna assembly. The casing has a waterproof area and a peripheral area. The peripheral area is defined at the periphery of the waterproof area. The antenna assembly is disposed at the peripheral area. The antenna assembly includes a housing, a circuit board, an antenna and a cover. The housing has a receiving recess. The circuit board is disposed in the receiving recess. The antenna is disposed in the receiving recess and electrically connected to the circuit board. The cover is mounted on the housing and hermetically seals the receiving recess.

    Abstract: A control system for a screen of a vehicle includes a global positioning system (GPS), an inertia sensor and a control circuit. The GPS detects a satellite signal from a satellite. The inertia sensor senses motion of the vehicle and correspondingly generates a motion state value. The control circuit performs one of a first determination procedure and a second determination procedure according to the state of the satellite signal. In the first determination procedure, the control circuit calculates the vehicle speed of the vehicle according to the satellite signal, and selectively locks the screen of the vehicle according to the vehicle speed. In the second determination procedure, the control circuit generates a motion signal according to the motion state value, and selectively locks the screen of the vehicle according to the motion signal. Accordingly, driving safety can still be effectively ensured even in the case of poor satellite signals.

    Abstract: Provided is a heat-dissipating, shock-absorbing structure which is applicable to an electronic module with a hard disk drive. The heat-dissipating, shock-absorbing structure includes a heat-dissipating frame, an elastomer, and a plurality of heat conduction layers. The heat-dissipating frame has a fixing segment and two extending segments. The extending segments connect with two ends of the fixing segment. The fixing segment connects with one side of the hard disk drive. The distance between the extending segments is greater than the thickness of the hard disk drive. At least a portion of the elastomer is disposed at the extending segments. The heat conduction layers cover the elastomer.

    Abstract: A license plate capturing device includes an image capturing unit, a plurality of infrared light emitting units, a driving circuit and a control circuit. The plurality of infrared light emitting units is located around the image capturing unit. Each of the infrared light emitting units emits invisible light having a predetermined wavelength that has an absorption band of a target. The driving circuit is coupled to the infrared light emitting units. The control circuit is coupled to the driving circuit and the image capturing unit, and controls the driving circuit to execute one of a normal driving mode and a continuous driving mode. In the continuous driving mode, the driving circuit continuously provides a driving current to the infrared light emitting units for a continuous period of time so as to remove a target covering the license plate capturing device.
