Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of multi-material additive manufacturing (AM), and in particular discloses a forming system and method of hybrid AM and surface coating. The hybrid forming system includes an additive forming device, a laser-assisted cold spraying (LACS) device and a workbench. The additive forming device and the LACS device are located above the workbench. During manufacturing, the additive forming device forms a part to be formed on the workbench layer by layer, and the LACS device performs coating peening treatment on inner and outer surfaces of the part to be formed during the forming process, thereby jointly completing the composite manufacturing of the part to be formed. The present invention makes full use of the rapid prototyping advantage of the short-flow AM process, and integrates the surface coating peening process into the hybrid forming system.

Abstract: A read-write circuit mainly includes a read circuit and a write circuit. The write circuit comprises: a first voltage selector and a first voltage follower circuit that is electrically connected to the memristor storage array. The read-write circuit further includes a second voltage selector and a second voltage follower circuit that is electrically connected to the memristor storage array. Voltage stable following during bipolar writing is selected through the foregoing selector. Meanwhile, the reading circuit is provided with a variable resistor to select an access mode. The actual read-out voltage and the output voltage passing through the reference resistor under the same read voltage are input into a differential amplifier to obtain read-out data.

Abstract: The invention discloses a zinc organic battery having a container. The container contains a positive electrode active material, a positive electrode current collector, an organic solvent, a zinc negative electrode, and an aqueous electrolyte. The organic solvent and the aqueous electrolyte are not miscible and are layered due to different densities. The positive electrode active material has a redox activity, and has the two forms of an oxidized state and a reduced state. If the positive electrode active material itself is a liquid and is difficult to be dissolved in the aqueous electrolyte, then the organic solvent may be omitted. The positive electrode active material itself doubles as the organic solvent and is layered with the aqueous electrolyte. The zinc negative electrode is immersed in the aqueous electrolyte and is not in contact with the organic solvent. The aqueous electrolyte is an aqueous solution containing a zinc salt.

Abstract: A spiral ultrasonic tomography imaging method and system are provided. The method is to use synchronous rotation of an ultrasonic probe or cyclic switching of emission array elements in the ultrasonic probe under the premise of a uniform displacement of the ultrasonic probe along the Z axis, so that the change trajectory of the positions of emission array elements over time in a three-dimensional space at each ultrasonic emission time is distributed along a spiral line or a curve. During the process of the uniform displacement of the ultrasonic probe along the Z axis, the ultrasonic probe emits ultrasonic waves and receives and collects echo data. The collected echo data is stored and post-processed to realize ultrasonic tomography imaging of an object. The spiral ultrasonic tomography three-dimensional scanning method and the corresponding system realize rapid continuous uninterrupted data acquisition to ensure that higher spatial resolution in the Z-axis direction.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for constructing actual processing curve of part with small curvature based on a point cloud boundary. The method includes: (a) encrypting a three-dimensional ordered boundary curve of a part to be processed; (b) fitting encrypted boundary points into a plane, and projecting each boundary point into the plane to obtain a projection point; (c) performing Euclidean cluster within the plane to obtain point sets, and fitting the obtained point sets into a straight line; (d) performing the Euclidean cluster on projection points that are not fitted into the straight line to obtain corner point sets, and fitting a sharp corner or a rounded corner of the corner point sets to obtain a fitted boundary curve within the plane; (e) mapping the fitted boundary curve to a curved surface of the three-dimensional ordered boundary curve to obtain an actual processing curve of the part to be processed.

The product includes a current collector, an electrode coating layer, and a plurality of vertical vent structures which are uniformly distributed.

Abstract: An under-driven prosthetic hand with a self-adaptive grasping function is provided, which belongs to the field of medical equipment. The prosthetic hand simultaneously controls four fingers to implement bending and stretching movements by a first motor through structural designs of a prosthetic hand body, a finger transmission module, an inter-finger transmission module, and a thumb driving module, and limits the transmission torque between the motor and screws using a damping shaft and in cooperation with the telescopic characteristic of a telescopic component. On the one hand, mechanical damage to the prosthetic hand structure due to excessive torque outputted by the motor can be prevented. On the other hand, the self-adaptive grasping function of the prosthetic hand can be implemented. The disclosure can also effectively solve issues such as excessive volume or mass of the prosthetic hand, complicated control system, and low operation precision.

Abstract: A method of attitude estimation of a spotted target. The method includes an offline training and an online estimation.
