    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a video playback system. For example, the video playback system can include a video controller configured to receive one or more video frames and partition each of the video frames into a plurality of video tiles, a video decoder configured to decode one of the video tiles partitioned from each of the video frames, an artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator configured to execute an executable AI model on the decoded video tile, a display configured to display the processed video tile, and a pipeline manager installed in the video controller.     Abstract: A down-converted voltage regulator is provided. The first energy storage element provides a pre-charged voltage between a connection terminal and a ground terminal during the first phase. The second energy storage element has a first terminal, and it has a second terminal coupled to the output terminal of the voltage regulator. The third energy storage element is coupled between the output terminal of the voltage regulator and the ground terminal.     Abstract: A method for performing enhanced preamble puncturing in a wireless communication system and associated apparatus are provided.     Abstract: A neural network (NN) performs macro placement on a chip. A mask is updated to mark invalid regions occupied by already-placed macros on a chip canvas. A policy network of the NN generates summary statistics of a two-dimensional (2D) continuous probability distribution over a continuous action space for a given state of the chip canvas. The NN selects an action based on the continuous probability distribution. The selected action corresponds to a coordinate in an unmasked region. The NN generates a trajectory including (state, action) pairs. The final state in the trajectory corresponds to a completed placement of macros.
