    Abstract: An electronic cigarette includes a power supply device, an atomizer, a liquid storage structure, a fluid transportation device, a casing and a mouthpiece. The atomizer includes an electric heater and a liquid conduit. The electric heater is disposed around liquid conduit. The liquid storage structure includes a liquid container for storing cigarette liquid. The fluid transportation device includes an input channel in communication with the liquid container and an output channel in communication with the liquid conduit. The cigarette liquid is transferred to the liquid conduit through the fluid transportation device at a certain amount. Consequently, an atomized vapor is generated. The casing has an inlet in communication with the atomizer through an airflow chamber. The inlet and the airflow chamber form an airflow path for an airflow to pass through. The mouthpiece is located at an end of the casing and in communication with the airflow path.

    Abstract: A portable gas detecting device includes at least one detecting chamber, at least one gas sensor and at least one actuator. The gas sensor is disposed in the detecting chamber and configured for monitoring gas inside the detecting chamber. The actuator is disposed in the detecting chamber and includes a piezoelectric actuator. When an actuating signal is applied to the piezoelectric actuator and the piezoelectric actuator generates a resonance effect, the gas outside the detecting chamber is introduced into the detecting chamber for sampling. The actuator is driven by an instantaneous sampling pulse to control a trace of gas to flow into the detecting chamber for forming a stable airflow environment. In the stable airflow environment, a gas molecule is dissolved in or bonded to a reaction material on a surface of the gas sensor for reacting.

    Abstract: A miniature fluid control device for transporting gas is disclosed, which includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a gas collecting plate stacked on each other. The gas inlet plate includes at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a circular cavity which forms a convergence chamber. The resonance plate has a central aperture. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame and a piezoelectric plate, wherein the suspension plate has a cylindrical bulge aligned with the circular cavity. The ratio of a second diameter of the cylindrical bulge to a first diameter of the circular cavity is set in a specified range to optimize the gas pressure of the transported gas, thus assuring efficiency of gas transmission of the miniature fluid control device.

    Abstract: A fluid control device includes a piezoelectric actuator and a deformable substrate. The piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element and a vibration plate. The piezoelectric element is attached on a first surface of the vibration plate and is subjected to deformation in response to an applied voltage. The vibration plate is subjected to a curvy vibration in response to the deformation of the piezoelectric element. A bulge is formed on a second surface of the vibration plate. The deformable substrate includes a flexible plate and a communication plate stacked on each other. A synchronously-deformed structure is defined by the flexible plate and the communication plate. The deformable substrate is bent in the direction away from the vibration plate. There is a specified depth maintained between the flexible plate and the bulge of the vibration plate. The flexible plate includes a movable part corresponding to the bulge of vibration plate.

    Abstract: An inflatable charging device is applied to a shoe. The shoe includes a shoe body and a bottom part connected therewith. The inflatable charging device includes an inflatable cushion, an air pump, an air passage, a weight sensor, an air pressure sensor, a control module, and a charging power source. When the weight sensor detects a load, the weight sensor sends an enabling signal to the control module, and the control module drives the air pump to operate according to the enabling signal, so that the inflatable cushion is inflated and expanded. When the air pressure sensor detects the pressure inside the inflatable cushion is higher than a specific threshold interval, the air pressure sensor sends a disabling signal to the control module and the control module accordingly stops the operation of the air pump.

    Abstract: An electronic cigarette includes a power supply device, an atomizer, a liquid storage structure, a fluid transportation device and a sensing unit. The atomizer includes an electric heater. The liquid storage structure includes a passageway and a liquid container for storing cigarette liquid. The fluid transportation device is in communication with the liquid container and the atomizer for transferring the cigarette liquid to the atomizer at a certain amount. Consequently, an atomized vapor is generated. The sensing unit includes an airflow sensor and an air pressure sensor. The power supply device is selectively enabled or disabled according to a result of detecting the airflow by the airflow sensor, and the air pressure sensor issues a detection signal to the control module according to a result of detecting a pressure of the airflow so as to adjust a speed of atomizing the cigarette liquid and the speed of providing the cigarette liquid.

    Abstract: A pneumatic elastic band includes an outer portion, an inflatable portion and a nozzle. The outer portion has a strip-shaped structure with elasticity. The inflatable portion includes a plurality of expansion portions and a plurality of communication portions. Each of the communication portions is connected between two of the expansion portions adjacent to each other for defining a plurality of gaps. The nozzle is disposed on a surface of the outer portion and communicated with the inflatable portion. When a gas is guided into the inflatable portion through the nozzle, the plurality of expansion portions of the inflatable portion are inflated to fill the gaps and make the inflatable portion contract inwardly, so that the outer portion contracts inwardly and deforms, wherein when the gas is guided out of the inflatable portion, the inflatable portion is deflated and loosened to return to an uninflated state to loosen the shoe.

    Abstract: A miniature piezoelectric pump module is provided and includes a piezoelectric pump, a microprocessor, a driving component and a feedback circuit. The piezoelectric pump includes two electrodes and a piezoelectric element and has the best efficiency while operating under an ideal operating voltage. The driving component is electrically connected to the microprocessor and the piezoelectric pump and includes a transform element and an inverting element. The transform element outputs an effective operating voltage to the piezoelectric pump. The inverting element controls the two electrodes to receive the effective operating voltage or to be grounded. The piezoelectric element is subjected to deformation for transporting fluid due to piezoelectric effect. The feedback circuit generates a feedback voltage according to the effective operating voltage. The microprocessor adjusts the modulation signal according to the feedback voltage for adjusting the effective operating voltage outputted by the transform element to approach the ideal operating voltage.

    Abstract: An actuating and sensing module includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an actuating device and a sensor. The first and second substrates are stacked on each other as a gas flow channel is formed therebetween. The gas inlet, the gas flow channel and the gas outlet are in communication with each other to define a gas flow path. The actuating device is disposed in the gas outlet of the second substrate and electrically connected to a control circuit to obtain driving power. The sensor is disposed in the gas flow path and misaligned with the gas inlet. The sensor is spaced apart from the actuating device and is electrically connected to the control circuit. Being driven by the actuating device, the gas is transported from the outside into the gas flow path and monitored by the sensor.

    Abstract: A control method of a driving circuit is provided for controlling a piezoelectric actuator of a piezoelectric pump to move a fluid of a fluid reservoir. Firstly, a driving voltage is outputted from the driving circuit. Then, a first inhalation adjusting process is implemented while the piezoelectric pump performs an inhaling operation. In the first inhalation adjusting process, a fluid pressure of the fluid within the fluid reservoir is detected and the fluid pressure is adjusted to the first predetermined inhalation pressure value according to the detecting result. Then, a first exhalation adjusting process is performed while the piezoelectric pump performs an exhaling operation. In the first exhalation adjusting process, the fluid pressure is detected and the fluid pressure is adjusted to the first predetermined exhalation pressure value according to the detecting result.
