    Abstract: A method includes detecting a direction of view of at least one passenger as an occupant of the motor vehicle; and providing a display with information about at least one object in a landscape of the motor vehicle viewed by the at least one passenger, the at least one object not being relevant to road traffic, such that said information is provided in an area in the direction of view of the at least one passenger, wherein, when multiple passengers of the motor vehicle are detected, a direction of view of each passenger is detected, such that a display with information about the at least one object in the landscape of the motor vehicle viewed by at least two passengers is provided in an area in which the direction of view of the at least two passengers intersect.

    Abstract: A pivotable interior rearview device for a motor vehicle includes a mirror surface provided by at least one of a reflective element and a display element, a first sensor device suitable for a light propagation time measurement for detecting at least one gesture by a driver of the motor vehicle incidence of light on the mirror surface, a switching device for switching the display element on and off, a pivoting device for pivoting the mirror surface from a normal position into at least one dimming position in which dazzling of the driver by light reflected in the mirror surface is reduced, and a control unit for controlling at least one of the switching device and the pivoting device.     Abstract: A self-propelling item of luggage, for example a suitcase, includes at least a storage area, a drive, a camera, and a data processing device which is designed to recognize an authorized user in a predefined distance range by means of at least one image captured with the camera and on the basis of at least one visual feature extracted from the image, and to actuate the drive so that the item of luggage follows the authorized user in a self-propelling manner at a distance, where the at least one visual feature is characteristic of at least one item of clothing of the authorized user. A method for operating such a self-propelling item of luggage is also described.

The frame element is adapted to move the rear view minor relative to the stationary support arm and comprises active material to move the rear view mirror.
