Abstract:
A main support frame is formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and has opposite side portions with peripheral recesses receiving an inner sash unit and outer sash unit each having a frame formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and supporting an insulated glass unit. Hinges support the dual sash units for pivotal movement between open and closed positions, and gear connected telescopic link members connect the main frame to the sash frames for simultaneous movement. A lock system includes a handle on the inner sash unit for moving straps with studs on the sash frames through a connector mechanism mounted on the main frame for simultaneously locking and releasing both sash units and for releasing only the inner sash unit. A screen and/or mini-blind may be supported between the sash units, and the window system with dual sash units may be constructed in various forms.
Abstract:
A furniture hinge including a toggle-type hinge and a line shock absorber arranged transversely to a major axis of the toggle-type hinge. The line shock absorber is inserted into a holder and the holder is attached to the toggle-type hinge. The holder includes a bearing part and a position part, which are fixed to each other by at least one coupling element in the form of an unreleasable connection or a releasable one.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a furniture hinge comprising a hinge arm having a longitudinal axis, a hinge cup that is connected to the hinge arm and is mounted such as to be pivotable relative to the hinge arm between a closed position and an open position, and further comprising a linear damper having a linear damping stroke for damping a movement of the furniture hinge, wherein the linear damper is arranged at the hinge cup and, jointly therewith, can be arranged within a bore of a furniture item in the installed position, wherein in the open position of the furniture hinge in a plan view, the direction of the linear damping stroke of the linear damper runs at an acute angle (alpha) relative to the longitudinal axis of the hinge arm, the acute angle (alpha) being between 3° and 20°.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a furniture item having a furniture body and a folding flap, wherein the folding flap comprises at least three sub-flaps arranged one above the other. A first sub-flap is pivotally mounted relative to the furniture body, a second sub-flap is pivotally mounted with respect to the first sub-flap and a third sub-flap is pivotally mounted relative to the second sub-flap.

Abstract:
A sliding door mechanism includes an upper slide rail and a lower slide rail fixed to a vehicle side body structure. An upper slider is associated with the upper rail, and a lower slider is associated with the lower rail. An upper link includes a control arm pivotally connected to both the upper slider and a vehicle door. A lower link includes a control arm pivotally connected to both the lower slider and the vehicle door. A control mechanism is operatively associated with a selected one of the upper link and the lower link. The control mechanism includes a first control fixed to the vehicle side body structure and a second control fixed to the control arm of the selected link. Movement of the second control is based on predetermined structural constraints associated with the first control. The control mechanism controls rotation and translation of the upper and lower links.
Abstract:
A swing gate operator for automatically and manually operating the gate opener for movably controlling the gate between an opened position and closed position, wherein the swing gate operator includes a gear motor being housed in a casing, a clutch device operatively coupling with an output end of the gear motor, and an operation arm having an outer sleeve outwardly extending from the casing. The operation arm includes at least one extendable shaft operatively coupling with the clutch device for slidably extending within the outer sleeve to operatively moving the gate between an opened position and a closed position.
Abstract:
A locking device for a swinging/sliding door for vehicles. The swinging/sliding door includes a door leaf having a guide rail along a bottom horizontal edge in a floor region. The swinging/sliding door is configured to be actuated by a door drive.
Abstract:
A damper arrangement is provided for parts of furniture that can be pivoted in relation to each other. The arrangement includes at least one damper having a linear damping course, and at least two abutment parts which can be respectively fixed to one of the parts of the furniture, or can be supported thereon in an especially sliding manner. The abutment parts are interconnected in such a way that they can be pivoted by at least one articulated axis. The damper is arranged in such a way that the direction of the linear damping course thereof is at an angle to a parallel line, deviating (offset) from a vertical line, preferably essentially parallel to the articulated axis.
