Abstract: A composition useful in coatings, binders, adhesives, and the like comprises a stable blend of a carboxylic acid copolymer emulsion and a halohydroxy propyl ammonium copolymer solution. The blend is curable, after activation by base, to a crosslinked insoluble alloy polymer.
