Abstract: A semiconductor apparatus and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor apparatus are provided. The semiconductor apparatus includes: a base substrate; a plurality of chips arranged on the base substrate each including a chip main body and a plurality of terminals arranged thereon; a plurality of fixed connection portions arranged on the base substrate, and adjacent to the plurality of chips; a terminal expansion layer arranged on the base substrate; and a plurality of expansion wires in the terminal expansion layer and configured to electrically connect the chips, wherein an expansion wire configured to electrically connect two chips includes at least a first wire segment and a second wire segment, and the first wire segment is configured to electrically connect a terminal of a chip and a fixed connection portion adjacent to the chip, and the second wire segment is configured to connect two fixed connection portions between the two chips.

The image stitching method includes acquiring a first depth image a present frame of image obtained by a first camera; acquiring a second depth image of the present frame of image obtained by a second camera, the second depth image and the first depth image parlay overlapping with each other; converting the first depth image in a first camera coordinate system defined by the first camera into a third depth image in a second camera coordinate system defined by the second camera; and stitching the third depth image with the second depth image to obtain a stitched image.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for executing an operation action on a display screen and a device for executing an operation action. Firstly, a gazing position of an operator's eyes on the display screen and a corresponding operation position of the operator's operating portion on the display screen are determined, then a corresponding operation is executed for content displayed on the display screen according to the operation action of the operating portion, when it is determined that the gazing position of the operator's eyes on the display screen is consistent with the corresponding operation position of the operator's operating portion on the display screen. Therefore, the method needs to not only determine the corresponding operation position of the operator's operating portion on the display screen, but also determine the gazing position of the operator's eyes on the display screen, and the corresponding operation is executed for the content displayed on the display screen according to the operation action of the operating portion only when the two positions are consistent with each other.

Abstract: A circuit for generating and detecting ultrasonic sensing signals is provided. A piezoelectric device having a transmitting electrode and a receiving electrode is coupled to a biasing-and-sampling sub-circuit configured to set different bias voltages to the receiving electrode. The piezoelectric device is configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal upon applying an exciting pulse signal to the transmitting electrode and alternatively to generate a voltage signal at the receiving electrode upon receiving an echo signal based on the ultrasonic signal. A signal-collecting sub-circuit is coupled to the receiving electrode to determine a first sampling voltage based on the voltage signal at the receiving electrode in a first sampling period and a second sampling voltage based on the voltage signal at the receiving electrode in a second sampling period. An output sub-circuit is coupled to the signal-collecting sub-circuit for outputting the first sampling voltage and the second sampling voltage at a same time.

Abstract: An identity recognition device, and an substrate and an identity recognition circuit are disclosed. In the substrate, a plurality of second recognition output lines are added to be arranged in pairs with first recognition output lines. A control signal loaded to the control signal line will be coupled to the first and second recognition output lines by the parasitic capacitance between the control signal line and the recognition output lines to cause similar signal interference to the first and second recognition output lines. During the identity recognition time period, the signal interference in the electric signal outputted by the first recognition output line can be removed by utilizing the similar noise signal received by the second recognition output line, in such a way to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and detection precision of the identity recognition signal.
