Abstract: An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor apparatus is provided. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor apparatus includes an array of a plurality of ultrasonic sensors on a base substrate. A respective one of the plurality of ultrasonic sensors includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a piezoelectric layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor apparatus further includes a plurality of bias lines respectively electrically connected to a plurality of columns of ultrasonic sensors in the array of the plurality of ultrasonic sensors. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor apparatus further includes a polarization electrode; a first lead line electrically connected to the polarization electrode; and a second lead line electrically connected to the plurality of bias lines. The first lead line and the second lead line are in a peripheral region of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor apparatus.

One embodiment of an acoustic wave signal reading circuit comprises: an acoustic wave receiver, a reset control circuit, a function circuit, and an output circuit; an acoustic wave receiver is configured to convert a received acoustic wave signal into an electrical signal and outputs the electrical signal to a first node; the reset control circuit outputs a voltage to the first node; the function circuit switches states based on the first node, a signal terminal, and a voltage terminal, and outputs a voltage to a second node to reset the second node or amplifies a potential of the first node and outputs to the amplified potential to the second node depending on a state of the function circuit.

The anti-noise signal modulation circuit includes a frequency-modulation control sub-circuit. In the temperature sensor, a low-pass filter is disposed between a ring oscillator and a comparator, so that a square-wave signal output from the ring oscillator passes through the low-pass filter and a high-frequency component in the square-wave signal output from the ring oscillator is directly filtered out by the low-pass filter, thereby improving a signal-to-noise ratio of the ring oscillator and a test accuracy of the temperature sensor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate, comprising a substrate and a display element arranged above the substrate. The array substrate further comprises an antenna structure for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves. The antenna structure comprises a signal shielding layer and an antenna patch layer arranged on the substrate. The antenna patch layer and the signal shielding layer are spaced apart through a dielectric layer. The antenna patch layer is beneath the signal shielding layer such that the antenna structure transmits electromagnetic waves towards the bottom of the substrate and receives the electromagnetic waves from the bottom of the substrate.
