    Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board, a metallic winding assembly, a switching circuit and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board includes an accommodation space, a first surface and a second surface. The accommodation space is formed within the circuit board and in communication with a first opening and a second opening. The metallic winding assembly includes third opening. A projection region of the switching circuit and a projection region of the metallic winding assembly on the first surface are partially overlapped with each other. The magnetic core assembly includes an upper core, a lower core and a lateral leg. The upper core and the lower core are disposed on the circuit board. The lateral leg is penetrated through the first opening, the third opening and the second opening. An inductor is defined by the magnetic core assembly and the metallic winding assembly collaboratively.

    Abstract: A power conversion system is provided. The power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit and N clamping circuits. The power conversion circuit includes an input port, an output port, N switching power conversion units and N−1 storage device. The switching power conversion unit includes a first switch and a second switch. N is an integer larger than 1. Two ends of the storage device have a first node and a second node respectively. The clamping circuit includes an absorbing capacitor and an absorbing diode and has a first terminal, a second terminal and a third terminal. The first and second terminals are electrically connected to two ends of the corresponding second switch respectively. The absorbing capacitor and the absorbing diode are serially coupled between the first and second terminals for absorbing a peak voltage. The third terminal is electrically connected to the corresponding first node or the input port.

    Abstract: A power conversion system is provided. The power conversion system includes N power conversion circuits. Each power conversion circuit includes an input, an output, two switching power conversion units and at least one resonant capacitor. The input and output are configured to receive an input voltage and output an output voltage respectively. Each switching power conversion unit includes a plurality of switches and a winding. The plurality of switches operates periodically according to a switching period. A dotted terminal of one winding is electrically coupled to an undotted terminal of the other winding. The two windings are magnetically coupled to each other to form a transformer. In one switching period, the resonant capacitor stores an energy or outputs the stored energy as the corresponding switch is turned on or off. A resonance is generated between the resonant capacitor and inductor with a resonant frequency and a resonant period.

    Abstract: A power conversion circuit is provided. According to the topologies of power conversion circuits and the corresponding control manners of the present disclosure, the output voltage is greatly reduced relative to the input voltage, and thus the function of voltage reduction is achieved. Moreover, a voltage-second product of the time and the voltage across the first output inductor and a voltage-second product of the time and the voltage across the second output inductor are both greatly reduced. Accordingly, the inductance, volume and loss of the first output inductor and the second output inductor are greatly reduced. Therefore, the voltage regulation module may receive the low output voltage outputted by the power conversion circuit, thereby reducing the overall volume of the voltage regulation module and increasing the power conversion density and conversion efficiency of the voltage regulation module.

    Abstract: A magnetic device for a power conversion module is provided. The magnetic device includes a magnetic core assembly. The magnetic core assembly includes an upper magnetic cover, a lower magnetic cover, a first magnetic leg, a second magnetic leg and a channel. The lower magnetic cover includes a first opening and a second opening. The first magnetic leg is disposed between the upper magnetic cover and the lower magnetic cover. The second magnetic leg is disposed between the upper magnetic cover and the lower magnetic cover. The channel is disposed between the first magnetic leg and the second magnetic leg. When the upper magnetic cover and the lower magnetic cover are locked on a circuit board, the first magnetic leg and the second magnetic leg are included in a projection region of the upper magnetic cover with respect to the lower magnetic cover.
