    Abstract: A power converter includes N power conversion units. Each power conversion unit includes a main switching circuit, a transformer, a synchronous rectifier circuit, an input signal terminal and a signal processor. A primary winding of the transformer is connected with the main switching circuit. The synchronous rectifier circuit is connected with a secondary winding of the transformer. The input signal terminal receives a first PWM control signal. The signal processor generates first and second PWM driving signals to drive the main switching circuit according to the first PWM control signal, and a phase difference between the first and second PWM driving signals is (180±θ) degree. The signal processor generates third and fourth PWM driving signals to drive the synchronous rectifier circuit according to the first PWM control signal, and a phase difference between the third and fourth PWM driving signals is (180±θ) degree.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a first circuit board, a switching circuit and a second circuit board. The switching circuit is disposed on a first surface of the first circuit board. A first contact pad is disposed on a second surface of the first circuit board. The switching circuit is connected with the contact pad through a conductive hole of the first circuit board. A first surface of the second circuit board is in contact with the first surface of the first circuit board. The first surface of the second circuit board includes a second contact pad. The second contact pad is fixed on the corresponding first contact pad. A second surface of the second circuit board includes a conductive pad. The conductive pad is connected with the corresponding second contact pad through a conductive hole of the second circuit board. The conductive pad is connected with a system board.

    Abstract: A magnetic device includes a magnetic core assembly, a first winding and a second winding. The magnetic core assembly includes four magnetic legs and two winding grooves. An input terminal of the first winding is disposed within a first part of the first winding groove between the first magnetic leg and the second magnetic leg. An output terminal of the first winding is disposed within a second part of the second winding groove between the third magnetic leg and the fourth magnetic leg. An input terminal of the second winding is disposed within a first part of the second winding groove between the first magnetic leg and the fourth magnetic leg. An output terminal of the second winding is disposed within a second part of the first winding groove between the second magnetic leg and the third magnetic leg.

    Abstract: A power converter includes N power conversion units. Each power conversion unit includes a main switching circuit, a transformer, a synchronous rectifier circuit, an input signal terminal and a signal processor.     Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a power module power structure and an assembling method thereof. The power module structure includes a first printed-circuit-board (PCB) assembly, a second PCB assembly, and a conductive connection component. The first PCB assembly includes a first circuit board, a power switch and a magnetic component. The first circuit board includes a first side, a second side and a through hole. The power switch is disposed on the first circuit board. The magnetic component includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core fastened on the first circuit board through the through hole. The second PCB assembly includes a second circuit board having a third side, a fourth side and a hollow slot passing therethrough. The second magnetic core is exposed through the hollow slot.     Abstract: A power converter module includes a multilayer printed circuit board, a switching device, a magnetic core element and a winding via. The multilayer printed circuit board has a first surface, a second surface and an inside layer. The multilayer printed circuit board includes a plurality of copper layers. The magnetic core element is disposed in the inside layer and includes a hole. One end of the winding via is electrically connected to the switching device, and the other end of the winding via is electrically connected to the second surface. The winding via penetrates through the hole and forms a magnetic assembly. An amount of the copper layers on a first side of the magnetic core element close to the first surface of the multilayer printed circuit board is at least two more than a second side of the magnetic core element.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board, a metallic winding assembly, a switching circuit and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board includes an accommodation space, a first surface and a second surface. The accommodation space is formed within the circuit board and in communication with a first opening and a second opening. The metallic winding assembly includes third opening. A projection region of the switching circuit and a projection region of the metallic winding assembly on the first surface are partially overlapped with each other. The magnetic core assembly includes an upper core, a lower core and a lateral leg. The upper core and the lower core are disposed on the circuit board. The lateral leg is penetrated through the first opening, the third opening and the second opening. An inductor is defined by the magnetic core assembly and the metallic winding assembly collaboratively.
