The processor is configured to receive a frame through the transceiver, determine whether the frame is classified into an Intra-Basic Service Set (BSS) frame or an Inter-BSS frame according to a BSS from which the frame is transmitted, and access a channel according to whether the frame is an Intra-BSS frame or an Inter-BSS frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for processing a video signal and, more specifically, comprises the steps of: parsing, from a bitstream, an adaptive motion vector resolution (AMVR) enabled flag (sps_amvr_enabled_flag) indicating whether or not adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used; parsing, from the bitstream, an affine enabled flag (sps_affine_enabled_flag) indicating whether or not affine motion compensation is usable; on the basis of the affine enabled flag, determining whether or not the affine motion compensation is usable; when the affine motion compensation is usable, determining, on the basis of the AMVR enabled flag, whether or not the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used; and, when the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is used, parsing, from the bitstream, an affine AMVR enabled flag (sps_affine_amvr_enabled flag) indicating whether or not the adaptive motion vector differential resolution is usable for the affine motion compensation.

Abstract: In order to efficiently schedule data transmission of a plurality of terminals, the wireless communication terminal receives a trigger frame indicating uplink multi-user transmission, and transmits an uplink multi-user PPD U (PLCP Protocol Data Unit) in response to the received trigger frame. In this case, the trigger frame and the non-legacy preamble of the uplink multi-user PPDU include remaining TXOP (Transmission Opportunity) time information of the uplink multi-user transmission process.

Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication terminal that wirelessly communicates with a base wireless communication terminal. The wireless communication terminal includes a transceiver, and a processor. The processor is configured to set an integer selected from a range of 0 to a value equal to or smaller than an OFDMA Contention Window (OCW) as a counter for random access, receive a trigger frame for triggering random access using one or more resource units (RUs) allocated for the random access from the base wireless communication terminal using the transceiver, decrement a value of the counter based on the one or more RUs allocated for the random access, randomly select one RU based on the one or more RUs allocated for the random access when the value of the counter is 0 or reaches 0, and attempt transmission to the base wireless communication terminal using the selected RU.

Abstract: A video signal processor is configured to: obtain at least one transform block for a residual signal of a current block from a video signal bitstream, wherein the transform block comprises a plurality of transform coefficients two-dimensionally arranged, determine, on the basis of length information of a first side of the transform block, a horizontal transform kernel for horizontal transformation of the transform block, regardless of a length of a second side of the transform block, which is orthogonal to the first side, determine, on the basis of length information of the second side, a vertical transform kernel for vertical transformation of the transform block, regardless of a length of the first side, obtain the residual signal of the current block by performing, on the transform block, inverse transformation using the horizontal transform kernel and the vertical transform kernel, and reconstruct the current block based on the residual signal.
