    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for the delivery of a multi-component olefin polymerization catalyst to a polymerization reactor. The apparatus includes: a first catalyst component delivery conduit; a second catalyst component delivery conduit which is disposed within the first catalyst component delivery conduit; a first catalyst component mixing conduit; a third catalyst component delivery conduit which is disposed within the first catalyst component mixing conduit; a second catalyst component mixing conduit comprising an upstream section and a downstream section, the downstream section terminating within the polymerization reactor; and a diluent delivery conduit; the first and second catalyst component delivery conduits each being open-ended and co-terminating at the first catalyst component mixing conduit; the first catalyst component mixing conduit and the third catalyst component delivery conduit each being open-ended and co-terminating at the upstream section of the second catalyst component mixing conduit; and the diluent delivery conduit terminating at the downstream section of the second catalyst component mixing conduit.

    Abstract: A chemical synthesis device includes a reaction vessel, a waste liquid tank and an intermediate container. A chemical is supplied to the reaction vessel. The waste liquid tank is configured to hold waste liquid discharged from the reaction vessel. The intermediate container has a smaller capacity than the waste liquid tank. The intermediate container is provided between the reaction vessel and the waste liquid tank, via a waste liquid pipe. The pressure of the intermediate container is adjusted to adjust the flow supplied to the reaction vessel and the flow discharged from the reaction vessel.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to an apparatus for a feeder system. The apparatus includes a reactant source, a reactant reservoir, a frame, and a valve. The reactant source contains a first reactant. The reactant reservoir receives the first reactant from the reactant source and applies a second reactant to the first reactant to facilitate a chemical reaction. The frame is coupled to the reactant source to maintain the reactant source gravitationally directly above the reactant reservoir. The valve is disposed between the reactant source and the reactant reservoir to control flow of the first reactant into the reactant reservoir.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for producing of solid particulate olefin polymerisation catalyst or catalyst carrier comprising forming a solution of the catalyst or a catalyst carrier in a solvent, subjecting the solution into an atomization by spraying the solution via a capillary vibrating spray nozzle with a capillary orifice having a diameter of 5 to 100 μm generating a laminar jet of liquid, which disintegrates into liquid droplets entering into the spray-dryer, transforming the droplets with aid of a gas to solid particulate catalyst or carrier in the spray-dryer and recovering the solid particulate olefin polymerisation catalyst or carrier having particle size distribution defined by a volumetric SPAN of 0.7 or less. The invention further relates to the catalyst produced by the methods, and use thereof in olefin polymerisation process.
