Abstract: A tubular prosthesis that includes a scaffolding formed by at least one scaffolding filament; a cover; and at least one controlled ingrowth feature constructed and arranged to abut an inner surface of a lumen wall when the prosthesis is implanted in the body lumen. The controlled ingrowth feature may extend inwards or outwards from the prosthesis outer surface. The controlled ingrowth feature may be formed by a scaffolding filament; by a separate filament; by the cover; and combinations thereof.

An example method for performing percutaneous nephrolithotomy includes registering an optical tracking system to a global coordinate system, registering a fluoroscope to the global coordinate system, generating a first image of a treatment area of a patient using the fluoroscope, generating a second image of the treatment area of the patient using the fluoroscope, selecting a target treatment point within the treatment area on the first image, the second image or both the first image and the second image and overlaying a medical instrument proposed guidance line on the first image, the second image or both the first image and the second image, wherein the medical instrument proposed guidance line depicts a proposed insertion pathway from an insertion point on the patient's body to the target treatment point.

The fluid pathway also includes a bifurcated fluid pathway including a first branch of the bifurcated fluid pathway and a second branch of the bifurcated fluid pathway, and a mixing fluid channel for mixing heated fluid exiting the bifurcated fluid pathway.

The flange includes a collar extending from a first rim attached to an exterior of the body to a second rim attachable to a skin adjacent to the stoma.

Abstract: Various apparatuses to attach a first medical device to a second medical device are described that allow the physician to grasp only a single device while the other device remains securely attached to the one being grasped. The apparatuses, once they are attached to the first medical device, are designed to be easily and quickly attached and detached to a second medical device, normally only requiring the use of one hand. Furthermore, the apparatuses oftentimes include a base that can easily couple and decouple from the portion that is attached to the second medical device so that if the need arises to separately use the second medical device, it can be decoupled from the first medical device without completely removing the apparatus from the second medical device.
