    Abstract: A shielding device includes a frame body and a connector. The frame body is composed of multiple sideboards. One of the sideboards is formed with a receiving hole and at least three arcuate slots. The connector has a main body section, a connection end section and at least three arcuate protrusions. The three arcuate protrusions are formed on an end face of the main body section at a front end of the connector corresponding to the arcuate slots. The arcuate protrusions are fixedly installed in the arcuate slots of the frame body to securely connect the connector with the frame body. Accordingly, the shielding device meets the requirement for high torque specification.

    Abstract: An improved structure for the connector of a coaxial cable ensures that there are multiple contact points between the contact component and the central wire of the coaxial cable. The connector has holes on the top and bottom of the two ends of the contact component. The material of the holes is punched inward but is not removed from the tube forming the contact component such that a pair of inclined planes extend toward the interior of each end of the tube. One pair of insulation components which slip on the inside of the connector body join with one end of the contact component to fix and to support the contact component in order to increase the quality of transmission. The connector can be used in a specific range of central wire for cable that allows larger current flows, therefore being suitable for use in a combination of TV and telephone as well as with the current cable TV system.

    Abstract: A connector for coaxial cable, including a main body formed with an inner passage in which a pair of insulative sleeves are fitted. Each insulative sleeve is disposed with a small diameter section. A tubular contact member is fitted between the small diameter sections of the two insulative sleeves. The contact member is made of a sheet material by means of curling. Two ends of the contact member are not adjoined together so as to define a narrow slit. An opposite side of the slit is also formed with two slits which are not adjacent to each other so that when a core with 1.2 to 1.3 mm diameter is inserted into the contact member, the contact member is stretched open to achieve greater resilience.
