Abstract: A system for producing supercritical ozone includes a reactor having a first connecting port and a second connecting port, an ozone generator connected to the first connecting port, a fluid-driving device connected to the ozone generator and the second connecting port, and a fluid source connected to the reactor. The fluid-driving device is configured to circulate the gas in the reactor through the ozone generator. The fluid source is configured to increase the pressure in the reactor and thereby produce supercritical ozone.
