    Abstract: A cable connector assembly includes a cable (5) and a connector (100) terminated to the cable (5). The connector (100) further includes a connector body (20), a cover means (9) fastening the connector body (20) and connecting means (7) securing said cable (5) to the cover means (9). The connecting means (7) further includes an outer ferrule (73) having a first part (733) crimped onto the cable and a second part (731) crimped onto a shield (53) of the cable 5, and an inner ferrule (71) fastened substantially under the shield (53) to the outer ferrule (73) in the area of the second part (731) for making an axial locking between the outer ferrule (73) and the inner ferrule (71). The inner ferrule (71) forms a number of resilient tabs (719) flexibly abutting the cover means (9) thereby making firmly electrical connection to the cover means (9).

    Abstract: A rocket which can be propelled spirally from a rifling-free launcher tube without backblast includes a warhead, a rocket body, and a rocket motor including: an outer casing whose bottom has inclined propulsion-gas outlet holes; a first supporting member coupled to the outer casing; a first bullet on the first supporting member; a connecting member with first and second connecting portions, the first connecting portion connected to the first bullet; an inner casing in the outer casing; a second supporting member coupled to the inner casing and the second connecting portion and having a shielding portion; a metal plate in the second supporting member, with a through hole shielded by the shielding portion; an elastic member on the metal plate; a second bullet on the second supporting member, abutting against the elastic member; and a plastic cover covering the second bullet to form a gunpowder chamber in the inner casing.

    Abstract: A cable connector assembly includes a cable (5) and a connector (100) terminated to the cable (5).     Abstract: A piezoelectric linear motor apparatus and method is provided. The apparatus comprises a carriage configured to be actuated and a stator configured to actuate the carriage. The stator comprises a meander line structure and a gear teeth structure, coupled to the top of the meander line structure and a contact layer underneath the carriage. Furthermore, the meander line structure comprises a series of bimorph actuators laid linearly in the meander line structure. Each pair of neighboring bimorph actuators being linked with a corresponding connector on both sides of top and bottom. The meander line structure also comprises an odd series of connectors and an even series of connectors, interleaved with each individual connector, applied with phase-splitter's alternating current (AC) power to deform the bimorph actuators for generating traveling wave. The gear teeth structure is configured to transport traveling wave from the meander line structure to the carriage.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a throwing device with a launcher and a propulsion system. The propulsion system comprises a retardant set between two sections of propellant for delaying the combustion and reducing the generated smoke or heat while launching the propulsion system. The launcher comprises: a tube for containing the propulsion system; and a trigger for triggering the ignition cartridge. A screw hole is in center of a bottom of the first chamber; nozzles are located around the screw hole; and a collar with a hole fixed in the bottom of the first chamber, wherein the ignition cartridge is fixed in the screw hole by the collar. The ignition cartridge comprises an explosive primer, and the launcher further comprises a firing pin triggered by the trigger to hit the explosive primer.

    Abstract: A rocket without tail flame includes an outer socket which receives an ignition unit, a first bullet, a second powder filling unit, a hollow aluminum tube and a second bullet therein. A rocket head is fixed to the outer socket. The firing pin of the rocket launcher hits the primer of the second bullet to shoot the head of the second bullet, the rocket is launched from the rocket launcher. No tail flame is generated because only the powder in the second bullet is ignited. The head of the second bullet hits the firing pin of the ignition unit to ignite the primer of the first bullet so that the first powder of the first bullet is ignited. The second powder in the second powder filling unit is ignited after the rocket flies 3-5 seconds. There are two stages of ignition, and the rocket can carry heavier load.
