Abstract: A pelletizing apparatus has a mixing chamber in which rotates a mixing shaft having a plurality of extrusion rollers mounted thereon for rotation therewith and an annular stationary die operative associated with said rollers and which provides substantially the sole support through said rollers for the mixing shaft so that the need for supporting bearings for a mixing shaft is eliminated.
