Once evaluation of inputs is commenced, the evaluation is completed and the results stored in a latch even if the clock is halted during the evaluation. A dummy minterm and output line provide a timing signal to reinitiate precharge. No conduction paths to ground exist at the output lines of the array once evaluation is completed.
