Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating an electroluminescent lamp that includes a step in which an electroluminescent active layer is formed by curing a UV curable electroluminescent composition. Embodiments of the method of the present invention in which each layer of a multilayer electroluminescent device are fabricated from UV curable compositions are also disclosed. A UV curable dielectric composition suitable for utilization in an electroluminescent lamp is also provided.
