In order to stably control a nuclear reactor in a short time, so as not to enter an unstable region that is determined by the relationship between the reactor pressure, the reactor power and the subcooling of the core inlet coolant at start-up time, the nuclear reactor system comprises: an power control apparatus for generating a control rod operation signal for operating a control rod, based on the reactor water temperature change rate; a feed water control apparatus for generating a feed water flow rate signal and a discharge water flow rate signals based on the reactor water level signal; and a process computer for performing overall control of the power control apparatus and the feed water control apparatus, wherein the feed water control apparatus has the reactor water temperature change rate setting section for adjusting the reactor water temperature change rate set value based on the variation of the reactor water level signal.

It is possible to provide a vehicle and an in-vehicle communication control device capable of performing control with preferable response even under an environment where notch attenuation exists and various noises are superimposed in a cable communication using a battery line. The vehicle includes: a plurality of operation devices installed in the vehicle; sensors arranged in the respective operation devices for detecting operation amounts of the operation devices; a controller inputting the operation amounts detected by the sensors; a communication device connected to the controller and a battery line and outputting a control signal as a carrier of a different frequency band for each type of the operation devices to the battery line; a second communication device connected to the battery line and using a carrier of a frequency band of each of the operation devices as a pass band; and a second controller connected to the second communication device and controlling the control device corresponding to the operation device.

A natural circulation boiling water reactor includes a reactor pressure vessel, a chimney including a lattice member and arranged above a core in the reactor pressure vessel, and at least one thermocouple extension wire pulling conduit into which a temperature detection thermocouple and a cable connected to said temperature detection thermocouple are inserted. The thermocouple extension wire pulling conduit is disposed on an upper end surface of the lattice member and mounted to the upper end surface of the lattice member.

A chimney lattice is arranged in a reactor pressure vessel. Thermocouple extension wire pulling conduits inserting a temperature detection thermocouple and a cable connected to the thermocouple are mounted to the upper end of the chimney lattice. By mounting the thermocouple extension wire pulling conduit on the upper end of the chimney lattice, the thermocouple extension wire pulling conduit does not become an obstacle when the fuel assembly is taken out from the chimney. Because the thermocouple extension wire pulling conduit is installed at the upper end of the chimney, the replacement of the thermocouple damaged is easy.

In order to provide a reactor power control apparatus which can maintain a stable water level when reactivity control based on control rod operation and water level adjustment is performed, this invention comprises a turbine control which calculates the load set error signal from the error between the set target generator power value and the generator power that was fed back and outputs to the turbine control apparatus; control rod control in the natural circulation boiling water reactor which calculates the control rod operation signal and outputs it to the control rod drive control apparatus; water level control inside the natural circulation boiling water reactor which calculates the water level set signal and outputs it to the feed water control apparatus; and the switch determining device which selectively outputs one of the control rod control and water level control based on the generator power that was fed back, the reactor power and water level, as well as switching rules and determination values.

Disclosed is an information processing system having a neural processing unit, an expert system for executing an inference using a rule, and an information selection unit. The neural processing unit and the expert system being arranged in parallel to each other. The information selection unit selects and outputs necessary information from the information outputted from the neural processing unit and the expert system. Since necessary information is selected and outputted from the information obtained from the neural processing unit and the expert system as a result of processing executed by the neural processing unit and the expert system in the parallelly different points of view, the certainty of the information to be selected is improved.

A signal selection circuit, for example, a high value selection circuit, has two unit circuit elements each including of an amplifier with an inverted input terminal and a non-inverted input terminal, and a transistor of which the base is connected to the output terminal of the amplifier and of which the emitter is connected to the inverted input terminal of the amplifier. Input signals are applied to the non-inverted input terminal of the amplifier. A constant-current circuit is connected to the emitter of npn-type transistor in each of the unit circuit elements, and is further connected to a first power-source terminal. A second power-source terminal is connected to the collector of each of the transistors.

Disclosed is an information transmitting and receiving apparatus comprising a transmitting means for sequentially transmitting a plurality of information signals each including a synchronizing signal, an address signal and a data. The information transmitting and receiving apparatus further comprises a receiving means which sequentially receives the transmitted information signals and compares a current data signal of a certain address with the previously received data signal of the same address, and, if both the data signals do not coincide with each other, demands the transmitting means to transmit again the current data signal in sequence irrespective of the order of storing the aforesaid information signals thereby achieving the transmission of the data to be again transmitted.
