Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an interference elimination method and apparatus for a multi-antenna system. The method includes: generating an equalization coefficient according to a baseband signal received on a receiving antenna, a channel estimation matrix, and an obtained cross-correlation matrix of transmitted signals of a downlink channel on multiple transmit antennas; and performing interference elimination processing on the baseband signal according to the equalization coefficient.
