Abstract:
Premixes of dexlansoprazole with pharmaceutical excipients, processes for preparing premixes, pharmaceutical formulations containing the premixes, and their use in treatment of erosive esophagitis and heartburn associated with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Abstract:
A device for controlling the flow of electric current is provided. The device comprises a first conductor; a second conductor switchably coupled to the first conductor to alternate between an electrically connected state with the first conductor and an electrically disconnected state with the first conductor. At least one conductor further comprises an electrical contact, the electrical contact comprising a solid matrix comprising a plurality of pores; and a filler material disposed within at least a portion of the plurality of pores. The filler material has a melting point of less than about 575K. A method to make an electrical contact is provided. The method includes the steps of: providing a substrate; providing a plurality of pores on the substrate; and disposing a filler material within at least a portion of the plurality of pores. The filler material has a melting point of less than about 575K.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for dynamically reassigning agents among call types in a call distribution system having a plurality of agents assigned to a plurality of call types. The method includes the steps of detecting a deficiency in agent responsibility assigned to a call type of the plurality of call types based upon a measured service parameter and corresponding target service parameter and determining an agent allocation among the plurality of call types best suited to correct the deficiency.
Abstract:
A hanger for securing an HVAC fluid line to a vehicle includes a rigid wire having a first end and a second end. The first end is formed to define a first aperture configured to receive a first fastener to couple the first end to the vehicle. The second end is configured to support the HVAC fluid line in a desired orientation.
Abstract:
Provided is a device, such as a switch structure, that includes a contact and a conductive element that is configured to be deformable between a first position in which the conductive element is separated from the contact and a second position in which the conductive element contacts the contact. The conductive element can be formed substantially of metallic material configured to inhibit time-dependent deformation. For example, the metallic material may be configured to exhibit a maximum steady-state plastic strain rate of less than 10−12 s−1 when subject to a stress of at least about 25 percent of a yield strength of the metallic material and a temperature less than or equal to about half of a melting temperature of the metallic material. The contact and the conductive element may be part of a microelectromechanical device or a nanoelectromechanical device. Associated methods are also provided.
Abstract:
The present application relates to processes for the preparation and purification of decitabine structurally represented by formula (I): and to processes for the preparation of a crystalline form of decitabine.

Abstract:
A hierarchical memory includes a plurality of memory blocks, a common access bus coupled to the plurality of memory blocks, and a host bus interface coupled to the common access bus and configured to provide communication between an external host and the plurality of memory blocks over the common access bus. The memory further includes a Built-In Self Test (BIST) module coupled to the common access bus and configured to communicate with the plurality of memory blocks over the common access bus, and a test access interface coupled to the BIST main module and configured to receive test instructions and test data, to provide the test data to the BIST main module, and to configure the BIST main module in response to the test instructions. BIST operations are carried out in the memory blocks in response to BIST control signals and test data transmitted by the BIST module over the common access bus.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and computer program products for streaming video data to a user. In one implementation, the video includes first video data and second video data. The user is allowed to fast-forward the first video data but is not allowed to fast-forward the second video data. The first video data is stored on a first member of data storage and the second video data is stored on a second member of the data storage. In one implementation, a module is operable to read the video data from a first and a second portion of a virtual partition, and to refuse a request to fast-forward any video data stored on the second portion.
